Very disappointed. Took more than 3 weeks to repair the door on my father's CTS. Poor communication from A1. He had to call constantly was told several different completion dates. Then he'd have to call the insurance company to extend the rental car. Very frustrating.

took longer then they said it would now the panel has a gap on the side that didn't have any damage and lots of over spray they didn't disassemble the car like they told me they did

I took my car there on October 18th geico recommended them. This was a geico shop till this day November 4th I still don't have my car for something that it was simple. The been running me around and telling me that it was gonna be 7 days then it was 10 days and now they still have not call me to pick my car up. I will never take my car here againService: Painting

This has to be the worst body shop on earth. They have multiple locations and no one answers the phone at any of them. The phone just rings and rings for eternity. So I went out of my way to drive to their location while simultaneously being on hold trying to call the location. I was on hold for 6 plus minutes and while standing in line inside the location, I finally heard the phone ring and the person at the desk actually answered. Bewildered, I was told 'oh I haven't been at the desk' and I was told she was too busy to answer the phone. I tried calling three of their locations and was left on hold endlessly. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is not the first time this has happened with them. Total incompetence.

Never bring your car to these hacks. I brought my 2020 Mustang to them as per Geico to repair my front spoiler. The first time I drove it the entire spoiler feel off on the highway. I brought it back and was by told by their manager Sal they would not fix their inferior workmanship without being paid. What a joke. Will be bringing it to a reputable body shop now.

They did a great job fixing my car after a really bad hit n run crash!! Great place, great service and being right next door to Enterprise was cool too!

Finally, a good experience at a body shop! Maurice was very responsive and did exactly what he promised. No surprises and the rear end of my car was fixed quickly and at the price I was quoted. If I ever need body work again, I will definitely go back.

Super easy process, brought my car in and got it fixed in 2 days. Everyone was super friendly, Miranda at front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Got car back in only 2 days and it was perfect. The mechanics did a really good job. There was great communication and they clearly update you on how the process is going.I'm definitely going to come back here if I have any issues !

Worst Body Shop in this area. My family still has not received our car back. They keep promising to have it ready "tomorrow" when tomorrow comes they keep saying it will be done in one more day so far a total of 10 days have passed and still no news. My car which was in perfect working condition due to poor workman ship they have destroyed my car. Please stay from this body shop!!!!!

Brought our car in as the gas tank was damaged, it’s been a nightmare. They kept ordering the wrong parts then when they got the part in a few weeks later we found out the installed it poorly and damaged the car even more. What a nightmare would stay far away from this place
