I decided to make an impromptu trip to the mall as a I live a little further south. I usually do a scan before walking in the store and I saw a familiar face and a familiar voice welcoming me in. I recognized Dan from a couple of years before. He is awesome and a joy and helped me again with finding the right jeans for me.I usually just buy one every couple of years as they are not cheap. Even though they had a discount still bought one.I’m 5’11” and it’s hard to find jeans for my long legs at brick and mortar stores.

I like their clothes but some of their sales people are weird. One of them was dying to sell me this $188 flannel and told me I was a difficult customer for not granting her comission.

Practically brought to tears by the store manager. Rude beyond rude. Shame on you for treating customers in such a manner. I hope that whatever is bothering you and causing your unhappiness is resolved quickly for your sake and others. I do apologize for cursing, I was just so shocked at your responses. I am not perfect either. Happiness in 2019.

Bought $200 jeans from them 6 months ago. A hole developed in crotch area. I contacted corporate. They denied an exchange and said it's tough luck. There are too many other upscale jeans out there to waste money on 7's.
