“I came to this bank this morning in hopes to find a new bank. I just closed my account at my old bank today due to service and how confusing the accounts are. I was greeted with friendly faces and had Celest Cook help me. She was very kind and very informative and helpful. I told her my issues with my old bank and she reassured me that I will not have to worry about those issues at Region's. She got me to the right bank account I needed and even informed me about a credit building card that I've been needing for so long now. She was greate and I'll make sure to ask for her anytime I come in or call.”
“Great experience. Spoke with manager and assistant manager about Opening an account .Alicia from the blountstown location was very helpful.. however on another note I was charged 8 to cash a check Because I do not have an account there however my boss banks there Which means it's drawn on your bank.There really shouldn't be a charge for that. This is very inconvenient and basically what you're doing is making people open app accounts there.
The credit Union and the people's first does not do a charge for a check that's drawn on their Mike. And you gotta should follow the same rule.”
