Absolutely awful service criminals, Jack. The price ups 3 times and could not even give a reason. Then lied on and what saying it went other than it did. Try to call to get a straightened out after. I've already paid them cash money. And they won't even speak to me. Or try to do hangs up on me. Don't use these people. They were rude when I first came in.And did not even treat me like a human. Look up this guy's background and he is a criminal on paper as well.

Never use these crooks! We called around for towing prices and ultimately decided to get it to the house ourselves. Apparently, any vehicle they drive past in Gadsden county is fair game. They can tow and impound. Sheriff had no record of it. It was the middle of the night. Any bets on how long after our call for a price before they were taking advantage and driving off with it? This was a friend I was helping and an hour away. Friday night, so they charged him for daily storage over the weekend and then can't take a credit card? Cash only? What kind of chicken sh17, 1960's, back @55 outfit.... Look. Just don't ever use them unless they've stolen your vehicle and you have no choice. There are much better options out there. But, sometimes, you just have to deal with the thieves you're given.

The couple that picked us up was very sweet and charismatic. Tony and Sheena made sure we were having a good time even though we broke down nowhere near civilization. I'm super grateful we found a trustworthy company to take care of us ?

In the middle of the night, in the rain, over an hour from home, Shadrick at Affordable Towing got us and our car home safely and in great time. My husband and I felt safe in the cab of the car and I took a nap. Affordable Towing, Please please please stay with AAA and keep getting the Panhandle home safe. Thanks for your service!

this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was connected to use them through USAA road side assistance, which is a military friendly agency. When I was requesting road side assistance, I even put it was a military base and this was 7 am. I’m waiting for the driver to come and he doesn’t get here until 12. When he gets here to the the base I tell him he needs to get a background check in order to be escorted on to this base. Every base is different but that is simply just how it is here security wise. The moment I said background check he got defensive and claimed he gets on this base all the time so I trusted him and let him follow us to the gate. Exactly what I said happened, he needed that background check to obtain access to the base. He was supposed to meet us back at the visitors center but instead drove off and BLOCKED my number. Leaving us waiting thinking he was coming back. I call him a few times, of course all going to voicemail. Then I call their main number when I spoke with someone who was rude and said he doesn’t have time to help me. What was the purpose of making me wait ALL DAY and barely being at my service for no more than 10 minutes. My car is still stuck on my base and they lied and said they sent someone else but no one ever came. Do not use this if you’re military .Service: Car towing

They first said 20 mins then 45 mins passed. I called Affordable and said they have alot of jobs. By 2:00 pm I called and cancelled with AAA. As a loyal member I have never had to cancel. I feel that AAA should have called a closer company like Mallory or American Towing. I called at 12 :50 and no service by 2:00 pm. I had to cancel a doctors appt.
