Amazing! Everything about Sunshine Key RV Resort during our Spring Break vacation last week was simply wonderful! The cottage was perfect, management and the entire staff do an amazing job, and the resort's amenities are top notch! Like Arnold says, "I'll be back."

We enjoyed visiting Sunshine Keys! We stayed in one of the tiny houses with beach access, site 410. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The rental accommodated the 6 of us and had everything we needed. This is located close to Key West, and we highly recommend the property! We enjoyed the beach, basketball courts, fishing dock, and especially the pool. They had events scheduled that were fun. We actually saw two iguanas roaming the ground, which was very cool. We were even provided two coconuts so that we can drink the coconut water. Thank you to the Manager, Michael, and his awesome staff!

This rv resort exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved everything this resort had to offer. Such beautiful landscaping all through the resort. The marina was gorgeous and we enjoyed the beach area and fishing. Loved the sunset pier and swim area. The pool, playground, tennis courts, and dog park were so nice. The staff was wonderful.I miss being there surrounded by all the beautiful palm trees and aqua water. The manatees, nurse sharks, tarpon and tropical fish were exciting to watch in the marina. Love walking around and seeing all the beautiful decorated sites within the resort. I can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed a week here and wished could have stayed longer. Beautiful resort with a view of the ocean from our campsite. Beautiful pool and beach. Loved seeing manatees in the marina. Beautiful place to relax. Great, friendly staff who keep the place beautiful. Close enough to Key West and other areas worth exploring.

I have a travel trailer. I like this course because it is close to Key West, it maintains it. Clean and well-kept, it is quiet and we can relax a

Me and my family, collectively, have stayed at Sunshine Key RV Resort for over 10 years and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on every visit. The most recent trip was last week, in Feb 2024. The RV sites are nice and relatively roomy for anywhere else in the Florida Keys. I love walking around the marina to see the boats and notable sea life. In the past two visits we spend a lot of time enjoying seeing the manatees, nurse sharks, tarpon, and sea horses on a near daily basis in the waters near Sunshine Key RV Resort. Not to mention are the various friendly iguanas and the countless family dogs we see being walked each day. Aside from that, they offer beautiful access to the nearby water and a long dock to fish or check out the sunrise/sunset, a natural combo offered free of charge twice-daily. The resort has a pop up market on Fridays where we have discovered amazing breads and our favorite, the pistachio butter (OMG) along with hot foods, produce, and fresh fish - whatever you want, plus sometime handmade jewelry and other crafts. Go check it out! They also have activities, games, happy hours, and other fun social events for individuals and families to add value to your stay. They are happy to sign you up for text alerts to keep you up to date on what's going on in/around the campground. The staff are friendly and text you with updates, notices, and fun activities offered throughout your stay. You can also text them with any questions or help you might need and you can expect a prompt response back in any case. The resort also offers campers and tiny houses to rent in case you don't have your own trailer or RV and as an added bonus they're situated right next to a gas station that tends to always have the lowest, or near lowest, price per gallon in the area and also sells delicious key lime pies that I recommend giving a try. I've been down to Sunshine Key at least 3x since 2016 and my family has spent MONTHS there camping in their RV over the years. This place has my full confidence, every time we come down, to giving us the best experience they can. They also offer a mail room for those of us who may be down there for 2-4-6-8 weeks at a time and may not only need USPS mail but also Amazon deliveries. They really do awesome with this by receiving your boxes and writing in large black Sharpie your last name where they set everything in a small side room off the office counter for people to pop in and grab their stuff without any issues or hassle. I'm embarrassed to say how much Amazon we have delivered there even over a short time. Highly recommended, Sunshine Key RV Resort. I hope to be back next year.

nice camp ground, very clean our site was spacious and was located very close to Bahia Honda state park but it all went down hill on our last day when Half of Miami showed up and literally destroyed the bathrooms and threw garbage all over the place. I was told by a staff member that the weekend we went was the worst week (July 4th) to go because of this issue.

A winter that I will never forget with too many new memories to list. Leaving the cold snowy Northeast for the warmth and sunshine of of the Florida Keys was a great idea, especially staying at Sunshine Key RV Resort and Marina.Beautiful, well maintained park in the middle of the string of Keys with plenty of activities for all to enjoy.Back again to enjoy the rest and relaxation of a Florida vacation at Sunshine Key Resort

We love our stay here. We enjoy all the amenities the park offers. Being right on the blue water, the beach and easy access for kayaking. The fishing, pool and farms market. The activities for the whole family are great. Tim at the front desk and Joel that got us to our spot were very helpful as well as the rest of the staff.

We went during the Lobster Mini Season for 2023. Sunshine Key was in the perfect location for our 17ft boat. I'm glad our boat was small enough to keep on the site, because there were no more boat slips available during this time. This was the first time we came down for the lobster mini. The traffic wasn't bad at all any of the 9 days we were here, but holy smokes at the boat traffic the morning of on the two lobster days. We had an amazing view for sure, but the site pricing for 2025 is out of our budget now, so we will be staying at an Airbnb for the 2025 season. We enjoyed boating to Content Key, Sombrero Reef and more from this location.

Ocean front, marina front, rental vehicles, across from a state park, 24 hour security. It's perfect.

This has been our favorite campground experience in the keys, so close to Bahia Honda state park. A short drive to big pine key or Marathon Key. Excellent staff here at the resort. I would definitely recommend staying here.Walkability: Plenty of room to walk your dog.
