Slowest pumps I've ever experienced and many of the "pay at pump" are broken. They pump so slowly that I got 1.68 gallons in about 10 mins, plus had to go inside. No joke. So, I looked it up online and the main cause for slow gas is clogged filters. The slow speed and pay inside is enough not to go here but the risk of poor quality fuel and usually the highest prices around are deal sealers for me. Avoid this place.Edit: Shell just replied. I live here, year round. I'm easy going. I've been to this station before the power outage yesterday. I went last month and when I absolutely had to since 2015. If the fuel pumped as quickly as the blame shift that you see below, it would be an amazing gas station! Nice try.

CAUTION: The gas at this station has water in it and will damage your motor! They have had this problem for over a year, and the owner knows it, but is not fixing it. They are supposed to be routinely removing water, but the owner will not do this. He thinks it is cheaper to pay someone for a new motor every now and then. Ask ANYONE in the area ... we all know the Shell on Big Pine Key and Ramrod (same owner) has the same issue. There are MANY horror stories of blown engines from this gas. Do NOT risk your car or boat motor on this water-gas. Even their "rec" fuel has water. It is a shame because most Shell stations are good.

This is the first time I have ever left a review for a gas station and they deserve it. Been having a rough time lately and both the attendant were very friendly and nice. Both made my bad day a little better by being polite and friendly. Thanks again

Have had no negative experience until recently, on 3/12/22 had gotten gasoline and paid at the pump, with that it was discovered a few days later my debit card was hacked and my account was compromised. restitution but My Bank has made restitution to me but the pump dispensers should be checked daily for tampering.

I was there today at 4:30pm. The lady running the station was out side smoking and as she walked back into the building she addressed an older man and I will say he was very polite to her during this and as I walked in she was screaming and used profanity addressing this person. She was addressing his not wearing a face mask and he was out side. She screamed:. 'Get the f__k out of this building without a mask.'. Note that he was outside not inside. My daughter heard what she said.Sorry but I will never go back to this station.William

The business was easy to get in and out of with a dozen gas pumps. For those towing a boat or trailer this is necessary. It's an older building, but the bathrooms were updated and super clean. The staff was also pleasant.

Clean bathrooms and the salt scrub to wash your hands was amazing. They have it for sale. Bought 4! Quick and easy stop passing through the Keyes. Highly recommend!

Stopped here for some waters and was so impressed! It's a small gas station so you wouldn't expect to find the tiny grocery section inside with many canned goods nicely assorted! They have an ice cream parlor inside and the workers are so helpful. I used the bathroom and it was so clean!!
