Overpriced crap. I’m an avid thrifter who lives in Denver and this place is more expensive than any thrift/ vintage store in CO lmao. Hippy lady told us she “doesn’t take crap” when in fact everything in there is crap.

WORST THRIFT STORE EVER!!!
The manager that everyone is complaining about... those reviews are true. I was just trying to test out a couch to consider buying then all of sudden This mean lady came rushing down the store and yelled at me "COUCHES ARE NOT FOR SITTING ON"
Then walked away and murmured something about me considering the reviews she was probably gossiping about me
Not only that but I was looking at some stuff on a table after I was done placed on the exact same table in a slightly different spot and there she came again and grabbed the items and slammed them down back where they were before.
In conclusion DONT EVER GO HERE
Ps prices sucj

Worst Salvation Army experience ever. The Corporate office should fire these individuals running this store. The so called Manager singled me out in the store harassing me while I was looking around the store. Then she came back in the store area yelling for how someone was parked. My car was not blocking anyone and she proceeded to yell at me and cursing. She is a racist white lady that should be fired immediately. This lady is a lawsuit just waiting to happen, maybe today's the day.
If you own this franchise fire this lady.

The manager was really rude and everything my family touched she had to move it and when we tried to talk to her she got in her car and drove away

Two types of people should read the recent reviews; management and potential customers. Prices are so out of touch for items;$20 for a broken fishing rod? This is not an exception but the rule. Staff are rude! Don’t ask if they have a restroom; they’ll put on a snarl and bark, “NO!” You might find a purchase but the price will be rude staff displaying a nasty disposition.

The staff here seem to get an adrenaline high from arguing with customers.. more than 3 times I’ve encountered the awkward experience of the counter ladies arguing abrasively over the price of DONATED items. On top of the outrageously rude service, selection is scarce and quite laughably overpriced!
Lived here all my life and used to be a daily shopper up until a few months ago.
Went back 5/11 hoping for a better experience and was sadly met with the same miserable crew and witnessed two very loud and vocal arguments.
This is one of the lowest rated SAs I’ve been to in the states. ?
Hispanic lady with black cat eye glasses and older blonde with long stringy hair ought to be fired.

I live across the street and come here atleast once a week hoping to find a good deal, the prices just keep going up and its mostly just junk. I wish there were more thrift stores around because the employees are so rude.... theres a woman employee ( i think shes the manager) who is always rudely yelling at people over parking and threatening to call the cops, and she gossips about people with the other employees making sure every person in the store hears her, it makes me feel so uncomfortable. Shes probably around 50 or 60 years old and dresses and acts like shes 17, its super sad. Stop yelling at your paying customers, its not their fault you cant afford a building with better parking.

I have always loved going to salvation. Growing up with a single mother meant salvation was the place to go for us. BUT NOW the prices are outrageous!! And the employees are so rude now! Think you’re going to get help? No. Looking to be judged and ridiculed? Perfect place for it now! I don’t know if this is because of new management or what but it is truly disappointing how this Salvation Army turned out. And the racism I see them portray towards anyone who isn’t white is disgraceful.

All the ladies in here are very rude and all the prices are higher than in a regular store that sells new items. They are so over priced and no one in here is helpful. I’ve been shopping at Salvation Army for over most of my life. I will not support this company. $80 purses $70 bowls $200 shoes $350 Halloween decorations $1000 dressers Dollar tree items for $2 everything is double priced for what it’s worth.

I use to shop here until today. We where looking around shopping and getting in line to purchase our things (that we put back) and my uncle was walking around waiting on us and one of the employees went up to him and told him he had to leave. He wasn’t doing anything wrong. He actually has a trachea in his neck and is fighting stage four cancer. If he didn’t already pay for his stuff I would have had him put that stuff back. They are ridiculously expensive in there after new management. Salvation Army does not care for the unfortunate.

Very few clothes. The clothes are grouped by color (not size) so it’s challenging to find things. With so few items, it wouldn’t take much effort to organize it better. There is a large back room with housewares, small appliances, etc.Prices seem a bit higher than what I’m used to but it is The Keys.
