a package was supposedly delivered to me on the 25th it wasnt there went back on the 26th che ked mail still no pickup slip went around to the counter and asked them they checked and said no packages or mail went back on 27th after work and same i belive the driver fake signed it delivered and keept it or desposed of it only problem cant get hold of a humanbeing to talk to the signed for signature on tracking info is a bunch of h and rs no name and it was a expensive set of mac tools at over 400 dollars if boght new close to 600 with tax and shippingthe driver doesnt want me to find him it would be bad for him and its going to be. ad for fedx i cant stand thievespreston edwards

Try to ship a package from big pine key fl 33043 and couldn't understand the woman with broken English, furthermore there are 3 fed x buissiness on the web, that are 10 years ago gone...good job fed-up x

I have called Fedex 3 times because the driver leaves my package at the door of my travel trailer instead of my front. My travel trailer sits on my driveway next to the street where anyone can grab it. I was told I would get a call from the driver's supervisor. It never happens. Today I got another Fedex ground package and he left it at the back of my travel trailer. I caught him before he got in the truck and yelled that that was not my front door and to put future packages in the right place. He said ok. We shall see it that really happens.

Who ever delivered my package stole the whole pack of cigarettes i left on the porch. Make sure to hire honest drivers!!! Such a shame

Received two packages shipped FEDEX lately and the first was a broken glass shelf that the delivery guy handed me and started driving away until I caught him and showed him the broken glass sticking out of the packaging. The second was today when two boxes were left on my deck without the usual knock on the door. One package was completely open and had no packing material, but it contained one of the three rod and reel combos that I had ordered. The second box was sealed and contained a second combo along with packing material. The third combo is probably with a FEDEX employee!! I have had this happen several times with the USPS facility in Opa Locka , but up until recently had never had a problem with FEDEX. They need to find and fix this problem or I'm finished with them!!

FedEx sent two different packages, two days in a row, to a different address in key west. My first package was received only because the person it was delivered to brought it to me. My second package wasn't found. I called an hour after my package was delivered to the wrong house and reported it, but no luck. It doesn't make it any better that the neighbors lost some packages through them this week as well. I don't know if it's a new delivery guy that can't figure out a 4-mile island or what, but they seriously need to fix whatever's going on because they normally aren't this bad.
