These people are IDIOTS. I was lied to 4x over the phone then when I went in person, they were so wildly incompetent, they couldn't read an insurance card correctly. My autistic daughter has been without meds for over 3 weeks because these people are unable to do anything right.

They used to be good but anymore they never fill an order the same day. If you go to the doctor at 8AM and he sends it to them at 9:30AM they don't let you know that they can't do it for three or four days. They don't text you email you nothing? Then you can't get them on the phone so you drive there then they say oh we won't have it for three days? Are we back in the 70s?

Your pharmacy and pharmacy techs aren't worth a damn!!!!
Prescription called in Wednesday (heart meds) here it is Saturday evening and you guys still haven't..........done your FN job!! Its not so difficult, if I performed like y'all at my job I wouldn't have a job nor find another.!!
You people have other people's lives in your hands and you really just don't give one F!! Id love to be wrong but I'm absolutely not. This is over and over from y'all, I hope you don't make another dime off one of our citrus residents that care nothing about!!

Went today to get 2 scripts with no insurance. The sweetest lady helped me save money by going through goodRX. I think her name was Ryai? I probably butchered your name but thank you so much.

Pharmacist and pharmacist techs are very helpful. For me they even took extra time looking into discounts available for my expensive prescription co/pay. I've Also seen them deal Patiently with some very difficult customers.

Walgreens experience ? well all the staff were extremely helpful, )I was able to get a price comparison with 3 different brands of the same type of item, originally, the item priced at $67 but my account discounts and bonus reduced my cost to $11.65 total????????? impressive, ????? a very well trip made successful...

Prescriptions were transferred from Winn Dixie not only are their prices way more expensive the customer service is awful will switching to Publix, They should of shut this pharmacy down

I wish I could give a 0 stars. The pharmacy here sucks I wish WD pharmacy never closed. Can't give me a refund on 2 meds I told you beforehand that I didn't need but yet you gave anyway. I'm taking my business to Publix

It's truly a shame how understaffed and overwhelmed the pharmacy is here...pharmacy service is literally the staple of a Walgreens yet they do not have anywhere near the staff necessary provide service to the community. Whomever is responsible for this NEEDS to do better! INCREASE the wage, offer benefits..there is a way! The staff is swamped and no one should have to deal with a company's lack of understanding in what is needed to run smoothly. I witnessed a newer employee hired as a cashier being thrown into pharmacy to help the understaffed crew for her to be yelled at and stressed out by angry customers not getting prescriptions when they were told they would be ready. Do better Walgreens

Sadly this pharmacylocation caused a delay in patient care for me today. I had a partial fill ready for pickup and I'm completely out today, so I was perfectly happy with picking it up when I got off of work. When I got to the pharmacy, I did not have to wait long in line and no one was around at first. The female technician took my information and then told me that they reprinted the Rx and have to fill it again, so it was no longer ready and I needed to wait another 30 minutes. There is no reason why I should not have been able to just pay for my partial fill that was ready for me and leave. Nope, the tech had to give me an attitude about waiting instead. Upper management really needs to fix all the locations for the pharmacies. All over worked and the techs are surely under payed. That leads to bad attitudes and Healthcare workers not caring about their patients anymore. It's all ridiculous and very unprofessional! I could not wait the 30 minutes because I had other places to be afterwards, so now I will miss my dose today and should not have to. That's not okay to do to people. I've been working in pharmacy for over 15 years and I would never treat patients this way!!
