“I want to say thank you to Diamond Storage for the great customer service and friendly staff(family) Very clean storage units inside and out. I recently had to retrieve some items from my inside unit making a few trips to my vehicle I decided to leave the bay door open a few inches until I got the items needed. I don't have any concerns about safety while on site. As I was heading back inside to lock my unit I received a call from Diamond Storage informing me that while doing a walk through they observed my bay door ajar. I explained that I was on the property and thanked them for looking out for me and my belongings.”
