Every time I've talked to the office personnel, they're very pleasant. And the people that pick up the trash are very nice

How can you charge somebody for being late with a payment but you guys are always late. Y'all Must be democrats. Today is Monday April 11th my trash ? is still sitting there full.

These people just show up to their office and answer the phone whenever they feel like it. No customer service whatsoever. They are only punctual when taking your money.
