My dog hates going to groomer. I was very impressed with Tori for the patience she showed. Bailey completely panicked when nail clipping began. Tori stopped and waited till I arrived, got on the floor while I held and soothed Bailey and completed the nail job. I was so impressed and grateful for Tori for taking the time and not just give up on Bailey.

U really need a separate tank when u get new fish to quarantine them. Also all your tanks should not be connected together so if one tank gets a parasite others won'tget it . Yall need also to sell saltwater fish as the closet stores for them in Ocala or Gainesville. You should get more tanks for freshwater fish.

My girl friend took our dog there for her first hair cut
I guess I need to say cut more then (one hair).
Worst place ever $65 plus dollars later the dog looked like she has more hair then when she went.
We spent $115 and never go back

The prices are higher here but the pet food bags haven't been chewed open by rats, mice, or roaches like the regular supply store. And they have the good food that helps with our dog's allergies. So we spend the money here on that specific food.? #adoptdontshop

The store is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Glad to have a pet store nearby with grooming services, however their grooming prices are very high but not equally high quality. The good thing is that you can get an appointment quickly when you can’t get in with your regular groomer.

This is a great place to find items or food for your pets! They have it all. Staff there are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They watch their expiration dates, on pet food. They have great sales!I love to shop at Pet Sense!

It's okay, but they don't have large bags of litter. I know it's probably due to space, but it's really an inconvenience. I have to go to Ocala to get bigger bags as no one around carries bigger bags.
