“Great customer service. Yali is excellent. She switched me over from Metro. When I found that my closest store was permanently closed, that was the absolute last straw with them. So I went to Cricket. So far I definitely have better phone service too. I hadn't even connected to my wi-fi at home yet, when I was able to make a phone call in my kitchen. I couldn't do that with my old service. I got a Moto g stylus 2023 and it is working better than my Samsung did on my old phone service. The camera isn't great but being able to make a phone call from my Phone is very refreshing.”

Facing the high costs of replacing the system and the sea of choices out there, Chris was willing to repair our existing system and quickly get us back up and running. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. He didn't push a new system on us, saving us thousand of dollars!!”

However our experience in Palm Harbor was not the same unfortunately it seemed like I was being more of an inconvenience and why are they approaching us at the door and making us stand there without bringing us to a more comfortable area.”

“This is the 2nd time I've been in this store and I am being 100% honest when I say its been the best customer service experience I've had the pleasure to experience. Both times I've walked in that store both Sean and his manager John are going above and beyond to assist every customer that walks in that door. It truly is fun watching them work. Sean has been amazing to work with, assisting me with my upgrades to my plan as well as my devices. John is a spectacular manager and the vibe in the store has always been welcoming.If I had to give a negative it would be the offensive Christmas music they have playing. When I asked John about it he did inform me his hands are tied, which I understand, however, it not only offend me but also an elderly couple that was there. That is the only thing that makes the experience in this store bad. Please do something about it.”
