“I purchased a new iPhone on the 29th of July, 2024, from this store. I got in the store near closing time, but that did not bother their employee Virgil M. at all. Virgil went out of his way to explain the different phones to me. I had previously only owned android phones, and was a little concerned about the content transferring over from my android device to the new iPhone. After I decided on a phone, Virgil was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about making sure the set up of the new phone was done correctly, and the transfer of data from my old phone to my new iPhone was also done correctly and efficiently. I had quite a few photos in the old phone which took some time to transfer, but Virgil couldn’t have been nicer about the whole situation. My thanks to employee Virgil M. for making this purchase very pleasant and easy. I will continue to use this store because of people like him.”
“Nice people and helpful. I had to get a new phone yesterday and the associate that helped me was so helpful. He had been working for Verizon for years and he really knew what he was doing. I had some bad luck with my last iPhones so I bought a Google pixel 8 phone. He transferred the information for me and was an all around good guy with a lot of knowledge and patience. I will be back to see them again.”

“I've visited this location on 3 separate occasions and was greeted by Ron & on other occasions daylin. I was switching from the worst carrier ever (VERIZON) while working with Ron and then came back to upgrade the phones on my lines we worked with daylin bc Ron was off They were both very friendly and suggested. Additional merch to purchase for each phone. They gave lots of info of the specs that come with being with Tmobile. They have made our experience on each visit very pleasant. And I would request daylin or Ron if you plan to visit this location.”
