“Pretty darn goodAug 2023 was my 18th visit to this location since 2018. This lab has been very good to me. I've seen most of the people working there from 2018 to present.I trained and was employed in both research and as a clinical person seeing patients. Now, I'm a regular customer for blood and urine labs per protocol but on the other side of the blood draws. Although presently I hold no current licensing and do not work in any clinical setting, I appreciate and know much of the behind the scene details at various tiers ranging from the lab work itself to the clinical interpretation and use, limitations, and role. This is not a version of any medical advice. I offer merely education and general information.Their culture here signals good management and compliance with standards of care.Good patient care overall. Here are some particulars.Today (8/11/23) I saw Theresa S. who was good. I presented with routine lab orders. Nothing today needed to get sent out. Pee in a cup and then chemistry and hematology today was just two tubes total.I saw proper supplies and cleanliness, proper order of draw, and good venipuncture. I observed good technique and efficiency. She was professional, used good communication, put me at ease, was polite, well-mannered, and knowledgeable.I find check-in easy because I know what to do. There's a learning curve for that. They'll help you to check-in, if needed. There's no check-out.I prefer to make appointments but have twice shown up without booking a time. I found them very accommodating. With my scheduled appointment, I cannot recall having waited more than 15 minutes. Typically my total time in the building was 25 to 30 min. I postulate that even at busy times that over 95% are in and out in well under an hour.I'm disabled and cannot easily walk. Related to this, my only recommendation is that they replace half of the rather small, narrow, low chairs in the two lobby areas with some bench seating. That's easier to transfer for people with mobility issues.I have advice for some others that follows. For those who can't ambulate, you're on your own to work that out. Mobility is your own responsibility. It's surely not their responsibility, nor that of anyone else at various clinical places.I read the complaints by other reviewers. Some said that they expect mobility help to be given to them in the form of something equivalent to or resembling that from a personal care attendant. Then they post terrible reviews when they discover otherwise.I have the solution. Hire a personal care attendant next time if you need help in or out, due to limited mobility. If you don't wish to do that then please don't get angry when you're out and about but find that nobody is on hand to act as the doorman or concierge to wait on your particular unique needs.Ergo, consider to plan in advance on your own rather than nonsense like them calling in advance or expecting something beyond whatever is provided.Realize that everything providers do comes with liability. So don't ask professionals for favors outside of their duties, training, and responsibilities. If there's a fall you might wrongly blame them, hire a lawyer on contingency to see what you can get with your nuisance suit, and actually prevail with a settlement. Everybody has wised up to these games. That means a simple sounding request for a human hand is no longer answered, thank you very much. Giving you a hand ambulating or positioning is not within their scope nor allowed.Hire a PCA or LPN per half diem if you need extra help. I don't mean to sound harsh. However, this is how the world works folks.”

“I recently moved from suburbs of Chicago, so I know the medical field is different in the south. I arrived at the Crystal River office & was pleasantly pleased with the reception when I got there, very nice & genuine, I waited maybe for 5 min until I was called back for my appointment. The nurse was lovely and friendly, very easy to talk to. I met Dr. Danclar, who I instantly felt comfortable with and confidant in my visit. Highly recommend him, he takes his time, he jokes with you, just a great experience. Checkout proceed was equally as pleasant with a young girl & she was very helpful & informative regarding where to schedule blood work & radiology appointment. Impressed and very happy with my visit. KUDOS to this practice!”

“After check-in, waited only 3 minutes until I was called back - I made an appointment beforehand, and even though there were 3 people in the waiting room, I was called back at my appointment time.”

“Check-in via the kiosk was speedy, with easy-to-follow directions. The phlebotomist was very friendly and professional, and the process was virtually pain free. Usually, when switching tubes while drawing blood, the needle tends to get jiggled around, causing some discomfort, but I didn't feel a thing.”

“I have used this Labcorp many times. Please know, Kathy was TERRIFIC. I am a really hard draw. I told Kathy as much. She proceeded to make this the most convenient procedure I have EVER had. Kudos to this Labcorp!”
