“To my customer tonight with the battery installation. He called earlier and asked a battery, he would be there as soon as he could . Yes, He needs a battery. We looked it up and it was in stock.
He showed up, sale went good, old battery comes out, new battery goes in. I go to secure the hold down bracket with the bolt. No problem, RIGHT, well it DIDN'T want to align. It was a bolt into a hole application. Well NO. Thanks Charlie for his assistance and to my customer for his assistance in trying to get the bolt to line up. Well finally, SUCCUSS.!!!!!!! I finished the connections and the car started. THANKS to my customer for hanging in there until it finally grabbed and tightened up. Hope everything goes well with the battery.”
