“I placed an online order and my husband picked it up due to me having two babies under two. When I opened the bag it was not what I was ordered. I was extremely upset because I had to go out of town that same day and I needed the things I ordered specifically for this trip. I called the store and spoke with the manager Holly. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve this issue, she knew I had to go out of town that same day and knew I had two babies which made it hard for me to go into the store. She even offered offered to bring the bag right to my car so I didn’t have to get out with my kids. She even gave me her personal number to call when I got there to make the process go as smooth as possible. She is an excellent manager and really turned the situation around. You need more managers like Holly!!! I can’t tell you how much what Holly did for me really made all the difference! She is the reason I will continue to shop at old navy!”
“I saw Miss Liv yesterday and just wanna give a big shout out! She was amazing and worked hard on my horribly unkempt hair and now it is beautiful! She educated me so much on what would be good and bad for my hair in a way even I could understand. Another stylist even gave me a great suggestion for my brows even though it would mean I wasn’t doing them there, I really appreciated the suggestion and will be giving it a shot! Miss Liv spent all the necessary time with my sister and I and I just really really appreciate it and her hard work, she was wonderful and my hair looks amazing thanks her to her! Would definitely recommend this team and Miss Liv to anyone and I’m so happy to have found a place I felt so comfortable!”

“I've been to several Once Upon A Child locations and although they do not take as much as others I find this one to pay the best. The key is to figure out what they need the most of. They get tons and tons of infant and toddler clothes so they do not accept as much of those items which means you can't expect to make a lot off of those. I've noticed they pay a decent amount for shoes in great condition. I've been atleast 5 times over the last 2 years and the employees have always been kind and helpful. I live far away so I make a day out of it with my kids and go to lunch and the mall while we wait.”
