Recently went back to driving my jeep that's been sitting for a hot minute as it's a jeep and had a host of problems. Anyways, took it to the mechanic in Oxford I've used over the years and he had it over a week to fix and charged me over $1000 and was still having the same issues. Stumbled upon this shop, they had almost all the issues resolved in a day. They actually listened to me and was able to confirm my suspicions and fix them. Took it back two more times for a couple more issues and my Jeep is driving almost like new!!!! Bonus is that they didn't break the bank!!!! I'm so excited and happy to have found this gem.

Listen folks. I have used Wilke's since I was referred to them by Jerry at Seamless Gutters. Since 2020 my husband and I have taken our various vehicles to Wilke's and have always been 100% happy. Pleased with the service, the honesty, the prices and the repair time

Very knowledgable on vehicle diagnosis. I had a weird clunking noise coming from the rear of my 1998 4 Runner . Ken and Dave got it up on the lift and found both rear shocks to be blown out . Parts order and installed at lightning speed. Had me back on the road in about a hour. I Will bring all my vehicle to this shop without hesitation. Thank You Ken and Dave

Brought my 2006 lexus in for a timing belt and Ken and Dave were honest, reasonably priced and went above and beyond. If I ever need something done to my car in the future, I will always come back here.

I know that honest and mechanic don’t always go together, but it definitely does at this shop. Dave, Ken, and Macy are all super knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and efficient. I’ve brought my Jeep to them several times(and the truck once)and each time I’ve been super happy with everything. The old parts are always saved until I pick up the vehicle, so they can show me how worn they were.

They were great and professional. No up selling and BS upselling you find at dealerships and most other auto repair.I am very please with the quality of work and service provided from everyone I dealt with.They are my go to auto people. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used this company. Wilkes the previous owner retired and he really knew how to pass on the business to qualified personal.Years ago I went to Honda and received a 2000.00 quote for things that weren't broken. I stopped at Wilkes and the problem was fixed in a timely manner at a cost of 85.00.I highly recommend this company and note their honesty and high quality of workmanship as reasons I will continue getting my car fixed at this shop.

Great Honest mechanics who go above and beyond. Point out things that could effect performance or safety but without making you feel pressured to do something before it’s time and not trying to upsell you. Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain and answer questions to be sure you are making the right decisions for yourself or your family. Highly impressed with Ken Matthews the new owner as well as Dave And Maycie. Five Stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s so great to say I have an honest mechanic who got all of the dummy lights to go off and I feel great about referring others to.

I cannot express to you what wonderful experiences I have had with this shop, the owner or the mechanics! I have found the most honest and caring shop with quality work at reasonable pricing and without the high pressure upselling practices that so many other shops employ. In the last several months they have assisted me in “triaging” what was an eminent need to repair for safety’s sake and what I could put off until my budget allowed without consequence while we have worked through the list. My tahoe was a used vehicle purchase and in the last 4 years of ownership it has never run as well or driven as well as it has since Ken Matthews and Dave have gone through it and made her more road worthy and at great pricing! These guys are fair honest and have shown integrity which is apparently becoming a rare thing in the world. I love my Tahoe again and I owe it to these folks. Give them an opportunity. You won’t regret it and as a female I can tell you they educated me without making me feel uncomfortable or as though I couldn’t comprehend the issues while assisting me and I appreciate that. Highly recommend to everyone! Five Stars
