I have been a customer since 1997 and for the last 5 years my aunt has been sending me a check for my birthday with my maiden name on it. I always give them my social security card because it has both names on it (my maiden name and my married name). They have deposited it into my account for the last 5 years. Well this past week the Belleview Florida branch refused to deposit the check even though I gave her all the proper identification. I went to the credit union and they deposited it with no problem. Exactly why I will be changing banks and dropping Wells Fargo.

Bank card was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and I still haven't been able to get money off of my account because I don't have a card and I work everyday so I don't get many chances to go to the bank. Really just thinking about cancelling my account and going to Florida credit union instead. Never had this problem with them.

Came in to setup account for my minor child. Indian lady banker (ragoomar) was just rude and unwelcoming. When she finished she just said "we're done" never said, have a good day, goodbye, nothing. Absolutely nothing. This wasn't my first experience with her. Someone needs to address her or get rid of her

Inefficient. Have to wait 50 mins. I'm holding a premium savings account with them. The banker is not capable of anything. At least let me know how to make a formal complaint. Edit: I wrote a 300words brief email, hopefully i will get a response.

Mala or whatever her name is should be fired! She is rude and acts like it's an inconvenience to do her job. I will never do business with Wells Fargo because of her attitude. I tried to open another account today but she lost my business for y'all!

Always a pleasure dealing with this branch. Wendy at drive up is amazingly proficient, professional and always courteous. The same goes for the folks inside! They do a great job and explain things in easy to understand terms. Wells Fargo is a big bank, but there's a hometown atmosphere here at the Belleview branch!
