SUPER rude and unhelpful

I went in today July 23rd 2024 to have some pictures enlarged. The staff reluctantly helped me but kept appearing to be very annoyed as I’m not very good on the picture computer. After I was there for an hour or more almost everything done something went wrong on the computer. No one around except the front counter girl up front. I pressed the help button no one came. After about 5 min I gave up. I disconnected my phone told the girl up front I would go somewhere else where they would maybe help me. I know that Walgreens employees don’t get paid that much but if I treated them they way they did me in my field they would not survive. Sad that this is how Walgreens employees behave at the abshier one in belleview Fl. I will not be back.

This place don’t close at 12. It closes at 11. Every time I get out of work, I try to stop in and get something for my 9 month old baby and they are already closed with a big sign in front of the door. It should not say closes at 12 on the website or on the door if that is not the case.

Walgreens in Belleview Florida is the worst! I have never been treated so rudely at any Walgreens!
Went for my COVID-19 vaccine and encountered a super catty young woman who sent me away because it was 15 to her lunch break.
When I returned at 2, I was met by an even snottier gal. Even though she could clearly see that I was on a 1 hour oxygen tank, told me it would be a 45 minute wait, and there wasn't even anyone ahead of me.
First time I had to go to another store chain for my vaccine! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the Pfizer like I wanted.
No more Walgreens for me, life is too short to be treated so badly ?

The pharmacy staff was unprepared and rude. Very unprofessional. The pharmacist with the beard that worked on 4/23 was great but the pharmacist that worked on monday 4/22/2024 in the afternoon informed me (after I was on hold for 45 mins) that he had all my vaccinations in stock for my appointment the following day and then quoted me all wrong prices (they were cash prices so I'm not sure why it was so difficult to look up). When I arrived to the pharmacy the technician was rude and abrupt with me before even knowing why I was there. They didn't have my correct order and seemed upset they had to print out additional paperwork for me to do when I had everything already done with a confirmation email with all the information. The pharmacist nicely recommended a different location where they would have all vaccines in stock. Safe to say, I will never return.

I'm on record saying that I usually buy something when I walk into a Walgreens. Well, not in Belleview, your store is terrible. Empty shelves everywhere, people working there just look at you like, why are you here? You should tear it down, rebuild and try again. It's pretty bad if you'd rather walk in the Dollar General .

I sent my dad to pick up my moms medication for her liver since she had 1 refill from her specialist. Well when he got there this woman called Yariely lied to my dad saying that my mom didn’t have any more refills and to call an schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist. (Which my mom already had and was the one that prescribed her the meds) my dad being in his late 60’s and not knowing much made the mistake to call my moms PCP and she immediately sent a request to the pharmacy but for only 2 months instead of the 3 months supply her specialist sent. When it got to my knowledge of what the pharmacy was doing I immediately told my dad that my mom indeed had one more refill from her specialist and sent him a screenshot. Well this lady from the pharmacy kept lying to my dad. At this point they still haven’t had the medication ready.This lady did not want to grant us what my mom’s specialist were sending her and instead hurried up and got ready the pcps order. Then she decided not to cancel the order and to top it off she send the request for the other order knowing the insurgence was not gonna approve it. Instead of cancelling the order altogether for her incompetence she decided to give my dad whatever she wanted. Now my mom lost her specialist refill that was up until October next year. I’m sick with cancer, getting surgery in 2 days and this people instead of making our life easier they decide to lie about my mom not having a refill and then instead of apologizing and cancelling the order and make things right this lady yariely just did what it was easier for her. After surgery and after recovery I’ll get this matter to someone in charge. We will never go back to this location. At least not for my parents prescriptions. They are old people that deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. As for myself if they ever try to pull something like this on me I’m someone that won’t let anything slide, specially when it comes to my health and medication. I don’t recommend this place if people like her keep working there.
