Walgreens Walgreens Walgreens!¡ Wow so much to say so much to not say!! Well for the Belleview location; everyone is pretty awesome besides the pharmacy manager...... Forgot his name! Rude would be a compliment for him I'm sure!!! The newest one right before the bridge going away from Ocala off of 441 downtown;; beautiful and clean!! Amazing staff and even the aura was one of a kind!! Thank you for your hard work and your nonjudgmental demeanor and your caring thoughts and actions!!!

I have been a customer at the local Walgreen’s in Belleview, Florida for over 16 years. Last night, I bought a pack of cigarettes and some Nyquil and a few other items. I provided my driver’s license as always to purchase the cigarettes and the cashier insisted that my minor child also provide her ID which of course she did not have. Is this a new policy? My child did not purchase anything and was not a customer. I have endured being asked for my ID to purchase cigarettes even though I am 67 years old. I have endured the embarrassment of hearing the cashier blurt out “Welcome to Walgreens” when customers enter the store. I have endured the endless requests to donate money in order to check out, but requiring my minor children to provide their ID when they are not even a customer qualifies as the last straw. This tells me not to bring my children with me when shopping at Walgreens. There are several other stores nearby that would welcome my business.

Do they scrutinize everyone that goes there. Or is it just the medication.i thought that Walgreens policy was could fill at any Walgreens.. why being Questioned why we fill there when have been filling prescriptions there for 15 years...

It’s a sad thing when you experience racism. I was so excited to shop at this location unfortunately I was followed around the store by an employee. They kept walking pass me and looking at me and talking into a radio. I wasn’t greeted like all the other white customers that entered the store then to top it off when I cashed out and was leaving they set off the alarm and it said you triggered our security system please return to the cashier. The cashier even said to the customers in front of me did you find everything he was looking for and would you like to apply for a Walgreens credit card they never ask me anything. Continue treating customers like that and this location will be nonexistent very soon just like all the other businesses that have closed.

Do not use this pharmacy! Horrible, rude staff. My rx took HOURS to be filled after being told it would only be 1hr which is still a long time when waiting. My husband stood at the counter for over 10mins and no one would give him the time of day. He finally asked if someone would help him and the woman got nasty with him and told him he had to wait longer because the pharmacist didn't sign off on it. After waiting and being talked too in an aggressive way. My husband got upset and she refused to help him. Told him to go to the back of the line. I see why there is such a low rating. You have incompetent staff!

Was just in there. I needed to send fed ex. I waited 23 minutes with no offer of help. The sad thing is that an employee that just clocked out tried to get me help and still no one came. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE and picking up an rx is no better.

This location has terrible customer service. I went to get a vaccine and was told that it didn’t matter that I had an appointment because I wouldn’t be seen on time. There were around six others waiting to get a vaccine that were not getting helped. After about 15 or so minutes of nobody getting helped, I left and went somewhere else to get vaccinated. They also misspelled my name on my card and instead of giving me a new one like I asked for they gave me my original one back with the misspelling crossed out. I wouldn’t recommend ever using this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The staff is incompetent and never call when they need to. I keep ordering my thirty day refills and for some reason they keep giving me a few pills each time. It's worse because it's a prescription they have to order and don't have on hand which causes me to have to wait up to a week longer to get a meditation I needed five days ago. Furthermore they cater to everyone who goes through the drive through. I've waited over forty five minutes inside to pick up my meds. 0 stars if it was possible.

Due to the quarantine now, I had to pick up a prescription went through the drive-through and Sammy was my pharmacy clerk. He was so very kind and efficient. I needed a item off the pharmacy shelf and he went and brought that item to the drive through... 2 sizes and ask me which would I like ? It took an effort and time... he was so pleasant. I appreciated Sammy, because I could not go into the store. My hope is his store manager learns of his efforts, kindness and professionalism. Thank you.
