Bryan helped us choose just the right car for our situation and was with us every step of the way. His follow up before and after the sale was beneficial and appreciated because it was our first time purchasing an electric vehicle. Bryan is well versed in electric vehicles and how they function and never tired of our many questions. When Bryan wasn’t available, his associate, Zach, was just as helpful and pleasant to work with. I called them to come pick up my vehicle and just reprogram on the tcm. Okay, we schedule for 2 weeks out. That's the first available. They have before thwu can pick up because I told them the car was not running so thats when they had first openings a Monday. They send somebody out here right? Not the right thing to pick up the car. So I called them and complained oh, I'm sorry, I did tell them we'll have somebody back out there today. No one ever showed up. Finally, call them again. On Tuesday, finally, someone comes and picks up the vehicle. Well,, not even 10 minutes after they pick up the vehicle, I get a call from my husband. And ask me what the heck was going on and I said, what are you talking about? He says when the guy loaded the car up something about the trailer, or whatever it was being too low to the ground that when he lifted car to get it on there, it slammed down on the ground and messed bumper, it could be seen and heard very loudly on our cameras that we have all over the property Okay, that's just not good well. I call and give them the benefit of the doubt. Well then, finally, they're talking about, oh, needed some strategy numbers that I knew nothing about to do this. Otherwise there's going to be a little bit more money. I said, okay? Well, how much more is it gonna be? Because you never told me that you need numbers, and now I can't find any numbers. My husband sent them numbers that he said was the strategy numbers. By the way, he's a mechanic. Oh, they're saying no, it's not. You say yes, it is, but anyways, so the little bit more money they're talking about goes from 140 to $800 pretty much. We either pay the 800 or they're dropping the car back off and all they said was that we let the manager know about the damage of the vehicle. That's it. Then a manager calls and said that he will inspect the vehicle and get back to my husband before they bring the car back manager did not did not follows up and car was droppsd off that night. Yes, it's damaged significantly damaged. On the bumper, so not only Did they not fix a vehicle That was for my daughter for her birthday, which was Saturday, but they damaged it more and haven't offered any solutions to help us. And the managers even supposed to find another place that can help us do this Nothing do not take your cars here, because not only will they not get fixed, but they'll be worse when you get them back.
