We oved into a newly built home in March. We understand that there may be difficulties with finding newly created house bimbers but honestly, it has been 4 months and we still are having a great deal of difficulty getting our mail. The oeople are nice, nut come on! Is there no system in place to teach the employees about nee home on a route? Are there no consistent employees? Mail is fairly important, or so our lenders think!

I spoke with Julie after a package was mistakenly delivered to a wrong address. She was so kind and tried to get ahold of the delivery driver to try and get the package back to deliver it to my house and when she couldn't get in contact with the driver she personally left the office and went to go retrieve my package and deliver it to my door step!! Thank you Julie for being such a help!!!

Worst customer service. Steven was so rude told me they didn't have tape to secure the label. I had to pay $4 for a small role. No way the post office doesnt have tape. First time ever I have been treated so poorly at a Post Office. This dude acted like he had more important things to do than take care of a customer. Would give ZERO stars if I could!

I had to mail out medicine to my sister in california because she is very sick and has no money. I live in ocala and my 2 post offices were about to closed. I rushed it to Belleview post office as they close at 5pm. I got in packaged along with other items and some charging cords I've had that I told her i would send her some day. I told the worker Steven I forgot something in the car if I can go get it. He gave me a certain look with a yea ok. It was then that I knew it bothered him. I hadn't been at that post office In years, and I hardly ever go to the post office anyway. Maybe once or twice a year. I came back and asked if I can use their tape. He said they don't have any. I thought he was playing. I said noway lol. He said I have this tape. Which was small roll desk tape. I still thought he was playing. He said you have to buy it. I said oh ok they changed that part. Ok.. no big deal. I don't mind that, but to lie to me is what upset me. Then he goes and gets another worker Glady's another worker to lie to me. They wouldn't even look me in the eye. I said listen I get it. I work in customer service. But I would have said "hey this time I'll let you, because you didn't know, but next time I will be different. Or even if they told me the truth. Hey rules changed yadda yadda yadda... cool! I'm good. But they think it's ok to lie. The crew I remember would never have been this way. Bad service. I will m ever go there again. They should have just been honest. They knew they were wrong. Their faces said it all. Not a good job guys. Smh

Love this post office and love the staff! They're all very unique, upbeat, live they're job or pretend very well, lol!! Just an amazing place to go that's usually a bore to say the very least. The employees here are very kind, patient, and very respectful, and more importantly they are very helpful!! Keep it up you guys!!!!

Service has been good when I've gone in.My complaint is why remove the drive up mailbox. It is so convenient to drive up and drop off when I do need mail envelopes and do not have a reason to go in. Use to only go in to get stamps or mail abpackage. But last year the box was removed. When I am diing errands , I like the convenience of driving up and dropping off.

My children mailed me Mother’s Day cards and they were in colored envelopes and mailed a few days before Mother’s Day. One card was coming from California and contained a Starbucks gift card and the other was coming from North Carolina which unfortunately had cash in it. (My son never does this but was trying to get something in the mail to me before leaving for a trip) lesson learned as he said he will never send stuff of value through the postal service. Today is May 20th and not received either card. Went to complain to Belleview office and talked with a manager ( I believe her name was Maria) clearly she did not want to be bothered and basically informed me nothing could be done and I didn’t have proof. I informed her I was making the complaint just to inform them that obviously there was some dishonesty going on with a postal worker since both cards were coming from different states and coincidentally both missing. She said they have never had a complaint and it could have been the Jacksonville hub where all the mail goes first. I have had 2 other incidents that were a while back receiving and sending an insured priority envelope which never made it. After many called numbers and filled mailboxes I left a message with postal inspector but message said due to the volume of calls I may not be called back. What???? Seems like there needs to be a little more accountability within the postal office!

Awesome service Gladys helped get me a box that fix my stuff and needs. With the insurance that if something happens to it, it will be replaced.. She made me laugh and I will definetly go back to her..
