Clean!! I drive a little extra to go here and I feel my stuff is safe here. Knowledgeable & Friendly Staff. Only downfall is recently this location is closing down until 8am and that conflicts with my laundry routine. Having to reschedule my time to go there sucks. I've tried other places and I have had nothing but bad experiences. Also, the prices on dryers have increased....

No carts to turn around and move your laundry from the washing machine to the dryers you have to carry them by yourself from a washer to the dryer hoping you don't drop them on the floor no attendant there the bathroom door is locked very dirty all on top of the washing machine is so dusty and thick like they've never been wiped down trash all over the place very disgusting

I had to leave a star otherwise I can't leave a review!This place is a homeless "city" overnight. I attempted to do my laundry, but couldn't get in because of all the riff-raff parking their bicycles inside, using the back door to smoke and absolutely destroying and making the place smell horrible. I've attached more pics, so now all can see what this place looks like at 9am( they open at 8)...no employees and all the homeless and bikes left right before 8. This place is dangerous, not because of the homeless people, but because of the people that the homeless attract to this place.

I am happy to change my review back to 5 stars. Great job getting rhe ace back in shape. Super clean and inviting. Machines are new, they use a card system and don't supply change. Fyi.

There was no attendant at all today, and I was told no attendant all week. It's usually clean and has an attendant there to help with the confusing card process to use the machines. The owners also won't allow Service Dogs if they don't have a certain patch on the vest or harness. I'm going to start going elsewhere, now.

I like this laundrymat it's always clean and I never have to worry about what might be in the washer/dryer that might stain my clothes. I frequent the belleview location, Epiphany is one of the most helpful women that work for this company, so knowledgeable. Thanks for the good job you do.?

Not a "user friendly" business. Seems they are pushing for "cashless" use. Has machine that will take credit/debit cards, but no actual change machine. In order to use cash, you HAVE to have single $1 dollar bills. Machine will not take anything larger, and the don't offer change for larger bills.Their prices for eash, dry, fold is around $1per pound with a 15 pound minimum limit. If you have any type of blanket (mine was a thin tbrow) they want $15 JUST for it.I will not shop there, nor if you are like most people that use laundry mats, I would not recommend it. I am going elsewhere.
