I have been using Pedro and P.R. Auto for the past 2yrs. I just broke down the other day across the street from my daughters school and called him at 7am, and he was there to tow my car to his shop within 30mins. He’s always treated me like a V.I.P. and I’m just a normal schmo. He’s reasonably priced and absolutely knows what he’s doing. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. These people that have put up bad reviews are the ones that expect a busy shop to drop everything they’re doing and fix their vehicle in 10mins. I’ve waited a couple weeks to get my vehicle worked on because he had many vehicles ahead of me and he’s only 1 guy.He’s a hardworking father and believes in honesty,reliability,and integrity. Pedro was very easy to work with and this shop was by far the best price for the repair I was looking for. They got me in on short notice and my vehicle was ready the same day! Spectacular service and price. Recommend this repair shop to everyone. Todd the mechanic is superior in his knowledge and ability, Frankie the owner is on top of his game and explains everything thoroughly and provides personal service that is both unique and welcomed. They will access your vehicle from top to bottom that leaves you confident. They go above and beyond. Felt like family, so rare.
