I called corporate to report their scam. If they try to charge more than $75 for the free iPhone with flex plan plus then they are stealing. They say it’s not an in store deal but it was. Even corporate said they falsely advertised and this will be fixed.

This location is very unprofessional an dose not deserve a one star if zero stars were an option. Two female store Associates the two employees were unprofessional,disrespectful an Was racially Violet verbally and physically, throwing a new perched phone Assaulting me.not fully understanding what my metro supervisor was helping her to resolve an in store issue needing to present identification to a store employee to bypass an issue were the old phone was unworkable to complete the process. When calling my metro an supervisor assisting me to stay on the phone. the two store employees were being racially and verbally aggressive attacking my metro supervisor after he identified his self an ID number an information of identity he was racially attacked respectfully Assist her in having a understanding knowledge of this issue. in what needed to be done from inside the store to bypass at this location 34420 . With the whole conversation being recorded from the supervisor at my metro audio being recorded while on speaker phone. it was disgusting too witness such racism and violence . With this situation, I only needed to present identification to the store Employee and her to further be assisted by my metro supervisor to resolve the issue that could have been done in two minutes The employee in the location was not open Minded to taking advice from someone in a higher position than her. That knew more about what they were doing. She attacked my metro Supervisor And me the customer was Assaulted when the store employee took my brand new phone and threw it at me causing damage to the bottom corner screen of my new galaxy phone She took my phone and threw it at me Just purchasing a brand new phone She assaulted me by hitting me with the phone and attacking me verbally and racially. The police.
Had to come out to assist the situation were further action is going to be taken .the whole audio was recorded an the supervisor on the phone line and store survevalence.And did not want to let me speak to store manager Or assist me with manager's contact information and or corporate information for metro to look at the store footage and listen to the audio of Her assaulting me an my metro employee supervisor. I have never been this disgusted or dealt with this type of unprofessionalism and I have been a customer of metro for 10 years.
This is a disgrace that these types of people. Are in charge of stores under experienced and attacking customers This needs to stop and have something done about this situation.
The racism and violence is not acceptable in fact that me and other employees of metro by tmobile had to accept this kind of abuse. It's not settling with me and anyone that might have to endure anything like this further in this located at metro Belleview florida 34420 hyw 441 in publix plaza

Went to this location today to inquire new service. The man was helping someone else. The customer suggested he help me first. I told him I was there to start a new plan. The man working huffed real loud and rolled his eyes. This guy doesn't belong in customer service. He was dressed poorly (unprofessional). I was going to purchase two new phones with cash and start new service. Very disappointed

The girl who attended us did not explain anything to me about the bill, and she gave me all the services, so that the bill would be larger, then another person who works in the metro, very kind, helped me correct all the services that she put me in. This lady's account, I do not recommend this store at all./
