“My issue is with the corporate phone system! You cannot call a location and have an option to hold for a person at that location. I spent 45 min trying to find out how to get in touch with the location to see if they had my doctors order for lab work. Companies should always have a way to speak to a person!”

“My first time at this facility and I have to give a huge 5 Star rating to Terry the Phlebotomist that assisted me this morning.(I wish I could give her a bigger number) I have never, ever, met anyone in this profession and of this caliber. Terry is the most caring, compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and most professional. I felt like I met my family member, and since I've met her, I am proud to call her my friend and sister in the Lord. What a beautiful lady indeed. I've never had a blood draw that was totally painless. It's obvious that Terry is a skilled Phlebotomist, Blessings in fathomless measure over her, and her family in the name of Jesus. “Checked in 15 minutes early as requested they took me early they drew my blood ladies were professional courteous and very fast the place is very clean I don't understand the negative reviews do as you're asked and you will be in-and-out quickly”
“UPDATE: I had my blood work done here with PHYLLIS she was awesome I barely felt a thing & asked me if I had obtained the insurance info for my son & she got him all taken care off it was his first time & he loved the experience because of her I will be requesting her each time! She is deff a keeper! I changed my review to a 4 star instead of a 1 star because of her!The worst place ever if I could give 0 * I would, the tech Chris had a nasty attitude because he asked me for an insurance card & I did not have ID sad that this is a medical facility and they can’t look insurance up my son had an appt at 8:10 & I had one at 8:40 I asked them to take me first while I called my sons Dr office to get his Medicaid # & they said I would have to wait until I receive his Medicaid card in the mail bcuz if I wrote something down wrong the weren’t going to be liable! What a JOKE! I went ahead obtained my sons Medicaid # from his Dr office and schedule him an appt at Labcorp! WILL NOT be returning to this location!”
