“Went in just to look at chairs. Scott was super helpful so bought one. He suggested we get extended warranty bc it is a power chair but we declined. After a month the remote fell & broke. Called Legacy to ask how we could replace and they ordered one for us & did not charge us. We were very grateful that they did that for us.
We also bought a mattress the week after the chair & love it!”
“Excellent service in the Ocala store from sales rep Levi. Only reason for 1 star off is the delivery system.
I had movers scheduled for the early morning and requested an afternoon delivery of the bed to that new location as I couldnt be at the 2 different places at one time. An email was sent to delivery dept by the store requesting after lunch delivery & the reason why. I was given a 9am-11am spot, right when my movers were scheduled at the old house. I was able to bump movers back a few hours to accommodate the now morning delivery of mattress at the new location, but the delivery of mattress didnt occur until 11:30 which was when movers arrived at the other location. Fortunately, I had a kind friend help accept the mattress at the new place while I was with movers at the old. I was coordinating a move to assisted living while the resident was gone for the day, and the inability to schedule my own mattress delivery time made for a very long day as it had to be completed in one day. You need a better delivery scheduling system.”

“First, sales staff was great. No high pressure. Gave me a catalog to review, when I went back a month later, remembered me. Furniture only took two weeks to arrive (leather Flexsteel) and the delivery team was even more incredible. Unboxed in front of us, inspected and invited us to inspect with them, assembled, made sure it was where we wanted it and then showed controls. While I doubt we'll ever have to buy another sofa - can't recommend this firm/staff more highly.”

from Doug at Payne's Furniture Outlet. Doug is very knowledgeable on product and pricing. The quality of his furniture is superior to any other furniture store in the area. We shopped price and quality of furniture at every store here in the villages, Ocala, Leesburg and nothing compared to What Payne's has to offer. If the furniture was not in stock, there was a extended waiting period, beyond Payne's Furniture's control.
Shipping is still a huge issue, that the media does not discuss.
Overall, Payne's Furniture is the best deal in the area
