Came in with a problem that my iPad would randomly shut down and turn on again. Was told it was “fixed” and when they checked the problem didn’t happen. Unsurprisingly it was not fixed. It stayed on a while then restarted.
When I brought it in, I was with my mom. I explained what the problem was, and according to my mom, the receptionist there was getting frustrated with me (a minor) explaining what the problem with MY iPad was.
:( not satisfied at all.

Greeted me as I entered the shop. They looked at my computer right away and was able to restore my lost files immediately. I was treated with respect and not like the crazy person I was acting like! He was very kind and did not even charge me. I will definitely go back when I have a real problem.

This company makes you trust them and then takes the business from under you 6 families left with out jobs because just because they can and did. Don’t give them marketing control of your business at all in our case they are taking leads under our business and giving them to other company’s under our name

I took my friend and her computer to FixIT after another place did not do a good job. Greg was patient with two older ladies. He repaired the unit and installed what was needed. I will say the price was outstanding.I highly recommend FixIT they are knowledgeable and the value for work done is fantastic.
