Went into this store this morning and brought an item that was on sale but when it rang up it was the original price I told the cashier that it was on sale that there was a sign under the product but she did not even go to check to see if it was on sale. I went myself to double check and it was I told her again that there was a sign that said it was on sale but again the cashier did nonething about it. She just stood there waiting on me to pay for my transaction. I felt that it was poor customer service.

Buyer beware! Just left this location minus an item I purchased. I went back in with receipt. The item was the first thing rung up...why wouldn't it be in my bag? They tried to check surveillance camera, but couldn't. Said I could go get another bottle of the glass cleaner. I left without it totally insulted. This is the second time I didn't get home with what I paid for from Dollar General??

I just have to say i travel to this one even though i have one closer to my house because the associate mr BLAINE is very happy pleasent and for his customers. Ready and willing to help always has a smile on his face. For that i will continue to come here thank you mr BLAINE
