Patrick the store manager is a big disappointment .. terrible customer service! Pharmacy is a shame! They never called the doctor to renew asthma medication and Patrick would not help! I will be calling corporate! LEAVE THE BELLVIEW CVS!

I received excellent customer care by Trina at the CVS located at 5800 SE Abshier Blvd, Belleview, FL. Trina helped me with my photos that needed the Kodak photo computer to process. Trina and also Store Manager Patrick where there for me 100%. Thank you both for your help. CVS, Trina and Patrick are A#1 in my book.

Management is always rude. The store is poorly stocked and looks dirty. Coupons and sales rarely ring up correctly even when they do at other locations

The employees at this location are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and put extra effort to assist customers and save money. A recent visit was again a money saving trip and thanks to Sue at the Register, she went over and above to explain how best to apply and use my CVS Premier Membership discounts. I continue to be impressed with this location's professional employees, product shelves stocked, added assistance in locating items, and the cleanliness of the store. I highly recommend this CVS Location.

4. I came in made a purchase. Then I needed additional help finding a Pacific vitamin. The employe refused to help an stated I'm wasting her time with making more than one purchase with needing a store Associates help with assistance.

I wish I could give this a negative -5 Stars!!! This is hands down the worst and poorly run CVS in Florida. The pharmacy is staffed with ill trained and subpar knowledgeable techs. NO WONDER it never has business and is to close soon. Do not use there pharmacy you will regret it.

CVS pharmacy is a joke. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. Car in front was taking forever. I finally rolled up to the window. 4:59, it then hit 5pm and the closed the window in my face. Went inside and asked if that was normal and got told yes. This isn't the first time with HORRIBLE service.

I'm on a fixed income and the pharmaists at CVS are incredible and their employee's too,they helped me get my script's cheaper..5 starz....10x better than that drug store down the street...

If I could give this store zero stars I would!!! Beware this store is very rude ,very unprofessional, the customer service and the register lady with curly hair is very rude and racist the way she was yelling at me when I asked a simple question very unessesary to be yelling! I’ve only been there 2 times and they have been the worst experiences!DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE! I am warning you!!!!

This location has beyond excellent customer service. I highly recommend shopping here. The store is very clean, organized and the staff is helpful and friendly.The pharmacy was extremely busy helping customers and still made time to let me know they would be right with me.I see other reviews for this store and have to say that was not my experience at all. I found this store full of hard working kind employees who were eager to assist me with finding what I needed and ensuring I had everything I needed at checkout.

This is the worst store in our entire town, NEVER a pharmacist on premises and the store is filthy dirty. Workers are rude also.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in this evening to pick up meds for a friend. First of all the left me waiting at the pickup area for close to 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. During those 5 minutes, I listened to the staff, who was in no way shape or form trying to be quiet; belittle the patients that were in drive through. The pharmacist; Daniel Tracy, was very loudly dropping “F” bombs along with other obscenities. Mind you, I’m not the type to mind this, but there is a time and place for it and while you’re at work, dealing with customers and in a professional setting, you should conduct yourself as such! I was extremely disappointed to hear grown adults making fun of and belittling others, and to hear the obscenities where they shouldn’t be was very off putting. The entire pharmacy staff needs a reality check and needs to be given some customer service training as well as some common sense and professionalism training. I’m very disappointed in the entire experience! I wonder who I can contact

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for a covid shot online. I did it a week in advance and then called to check to see if everything was okay the day before and got the rudest woman on the phone. She would not let me talk, she interrupted me, talked over the top of me and would not listen to my concerns. Then a few hours later my appointment was cancelled. What a horrible way to run a business.
