Do not get Covid tested at CVS. Takes days to get results. Then you have to set up accounts to see results. They do not do the testing. Use a urgent care facility and get results in 15 minutes. Plus it's cheaper. Cruise lines want you tested 2 to 3 days before embarking.

The systems and many of the staff are disasters. I completed a shot request and when I got to the store I was told I could not use my copy of a covid notice but had to produce only an original document. I left not getting the shot I needed. The next time I tried I was unable to finish the on line forms. I was being asked for some code I ad no information about. I went to the store and their response was tough cookies go back to the internet. I was lucky to find another source. Sadly, there were many people waiting for no service but they had no other choice.I will never again use these people.

Theres a star because i cant put none. After a year of rudeness i want to let everyone know. WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD WITH THE MOST TRANSPHOBIC, HOMOPHOBIC, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, MALPRACTICED AND NEGLEGENT PHARMACIST MANAGER. She has embarrassed me thru drive thru speaker talking about personal information. Has made me go inside to get my prescription when she could've send it thru the drive thru pick up which I have severe social anxiety put me into panic mode and my gf had to go inside. They have filled meds that i have put allergic in the chart and still fill it out and put it in my bag with other meds. They refused to fill a prescription because it was from Orlando thats the only reason they gave. I went to next closest cvs in ocala (further from Orlando) and had no problem filling out my prescription all they had to do was call the doctor who prescribed it. I can go on and on with other events. I been humiliated, disrespected, treated like trash, even felt like they purposely try to hurt me.. You would think a pharmacist should be open minded and not treat customer/patients like they dont matter. I've left so many times from that place panic attacks, crying, depressed, and angry because I dont know what I've done to deserve to be treated this way. I will be filling for malpractice against her. She needs fired. And banned completely from medical fields.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. They claim I don't have a prescription called in then they suddenly find it. I have never been able to contact them via phone. They simply will not answer the phone. I checked electronically to see if my prescription was ready (just to be sure) and was told there weren't any. I finally had to call the store manager to go back to the pharmacy to find out for sure. The prescription was there. I went through the drive through and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Twenty two minutes later I got to the window. This is the third time this has happened. I am done with cvs. Will switch prescriptions to Walgreens.

Not only can you not find the product, but how many grungy hands have been on the little yellow stickers that you have to lift up the see where the vitamins you're looking for are? I think this is one most foolish marketing designs I have ever seen in my life.
