Very helpful young lady, she knew all the answers. I highly recommend this service. I stopped by the second time for another issue and Jonathan was prompt, pleasant and extremely helpful. They need to give him a raise.

Kind but almost for everything you need to call customer service… and that is lost more than 1 hour waiting for someone answer the phone or just when they respond… the call drops

Changed to cricket service. Paid 75.00 activation fee. Voice mail won't work now at all. Worked with customer service 4 hours. They told me bring it to store. Not refundable no voice-mail and they don't care and can't fix it!!!! Got totally ripped off. Now have to pay another activation fee with new company.

The girl working was from the Leesburg store was so kind and very very helpful and fast she helped me keep my number and everything I am very happy for not dealing with Verizon anymore cricket is better

This is a complaint about a woman who calls herself "the manager" in this store. She looks between 40 and 50 years old. She is darker than lighter in her appearance. It seems she may be a Latino. She is very rude and abusive. I am a senior citizen and was there trying to get help related to my account and phone. I have been a customer for almost six years. Nobody has abused me in this way. I was speechless. She should not be working there; she is very angry and aggressive—a person with a very ugly demeanor. I have never seen her before. There are always young and kind people there. She is a disgrace to this company.

Super great job today with Rey, handled me quickly and was super friendly and told me everything clearly. Have had cricket for long time now and it's always a great customer experience.

Very, very rude staff. I was trying to explain what was wrong with my phone and instead of listening, I was cut off multiple times and she kept talking over me. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

We went to cricket today to switch providers and had the best customer service experience we have ever had. Monica was so nice and helpful and really went above and beyond helping us get out from under our previous provider and switched over to cricket. We definitely will be sticking with cricket from now on
