I took my laptop in I was locked out of it. They got it unlocked, thats great but told me my laptop was fried that they would charge between $200/$300 to rebuild like a brand new one. I would let them do it but am in need of a car right now my laptop will have to wait a little longer. I would used their business again

I took my computer in, I had contacted one other repair place and they gave me a price over the phone without even looking at my computer which I felt was very unprofessional, CM checked out my computer found what was wrong, not only fixed it but was not just good to me but very nice. They answered all of my questions, even those after I got home. I will go back there in the future and refer anyone I know to them. They are also fairly priced.

The lid of my Dell laptop broke off and I thought I might have to toss it in the trash. It was 31 days past the warranty and they wanted $550 just to renew the thing for another year. I was going to take it to another place but they closed, and when I looked at reviews, I was amazed and skeptical at the glowing reviews of CM PC Repair.But I took it there anyway. and WOW. The two people people there are the nicest, warmest people you'll ever meet. Since the entire lid had to be replaced, I thought I might have to wait months for it to be repaired (parts from China and all), but two weeks later I had my laptop back looking as new as ever.Believe the reviews. If you need your computer repaired, this is the place to take it.

Was very pleased with their services! I brought my laptop in to repair the shattered screen and they not only charged me a decent price but had it done in a few hours. The one place I first took it to wanted to charge me over $400 but these guys charged me a very reasonable price. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go there again if I need something!

Very knowledgeable and professional. I had some corrupt files on my hard drive. They fixed everything nicely. Made a recommendation to change the hard drive but it could wait a while. I was happy to let them replace it while they had it. Very reasonably priced as well.
