With the few times I needed to reach out to Bradley Blessing-State Farm, I have fortunately spoken to Cynthia on each call. Cynthia listens, provided detailed options for adding or changing my policy based on current circumstance, and is pleasant and patient with me. May 2024, the day of my son's Graduation, she even made a phone call to help me get a cheaper emergency tire change, at a discounted price from a local company because I did not carry that coverage. I made it to my son's Graduation by 20 minutes. Thank you Cynthia.

We recently moved to the area and I tried working with another State Farm office but they were unable to help. I decided to call into this office and spoke to Tyler. He was so helpful, helped us with new home and auto policies and got everything completed in a timely manner. So thankful we found this office and Tyler! We highly recommend Bradley Blessing State Farm!

It is aggravating that when you call you always have to leave a message and wait for them call you back when it is convienient for them. Never when convenient for the customer. When my policies renew, I might as well use an online vendor because the local State Farm offices no longer offer personal service.

One of the worst experiences during a unique situation that required the assistance of our insurance carriers office. Mr. Blessing appears quite successful but the quality of service and knowledge of 50% of his Team Members was quite frustrating. Laura , however, is a GEM! One of his apparant (core)Managers was quite disrespectful after having to repeatedly contact the office to correct errors and misinformation provided (to us) Even when the DMV stepped in to affirm that the information the manager was providing was not only misleading but completely inaccurate, the manager proceeded to defy assistance when proof sources were provided. The Manager then felt it was best we move out of Mr. Blessing's office, or deal with how things are being handled. Obviously this is not a good fit for someone hoping to build a relationship so that our accounts could be managed when things change in ones life and not to just buy what is required to remain legal or protected on a basic level.
Having a fun group is admirable, but when one's businesses are growing too large, is only seems natural for the quality to be suffering as there is only so much of Mr. Blessings time to be able to train so many. We have still to meet Mr. Blessing, as he is never available on any level, when something unique would require his attention.

I have been a customer for many years and Christina has never been anything but courteous and professional.
I wanted to add to her wall of thank yous because I think that she should have one. State Farm is a leading insurance but you can also call each office a small business that is part of the community. The Bradley Blessing office is a valued part of the community and always has a community event going on to help and support.
Christina went above and beyond to attend to my problem with my car registration and VIN number. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate you and you have a happy customer. Lots of people just want to complain but I want to give credit where credit is due.

I been with Bradley blessing State Farm for 12 years now and they always been very helpful throughout the year even during my first and ever car accident I was scared my rate would up through the roof but it didn’t I call them and they really took care of me always Polite warm people that work there

I’ve been a long time customer of Bradley Blessing. In the past year I have been very disappointed. Not only is the communication poor, the managers don’t return calls. They don’t quote the best price, that makes sense. They mistakenly wrote me a policy, had me get an inspection on my house which wasn’t even 4 years old, took my money and 2 weeks later cancelled it because they didn’t know their own policies, and never communicated it. Just poor!! I don’t recommend this branch, there are many other branches that are so much better at customer satisfaction, and communication. Do your research please!!

I have been a client of Bradley Blessing - State Farm for more than 2 years and their service, attention to details and customer support is top notch. Kudos for my Account Manager - Kat Thomas on Bradley Blessing, she always goes above and beyond with my inquiries and requests. You definitely need to ask for her when looking for an Insurance Representative.

I had a rock crack my windshield. A rep from State Farm was easy to get on the phone. Handled the claim with no problems. Got me hooked up with Safelite, and taken care of.

Very disappointed with this insurance agency as they were not helpful at all when my homeowner's insurance rates increased significantly. I've got a new roof five years ago and have been trying to get State Farm to get this change reflected on my current policy. I've been overcharged with an older roof surcharge for the last 5 years. They have no sense of urgency to help me as a customer. Thankfully, I have found a new insurance agency that was very helpful in finding a more affordable homeowner's policy for me.
