I was trying to unlock my phone so that I could transfer service. But, the guy I talked to said he could do nothing because I didn't have their service for a least a year, so I had to completely buy a new phone so that I could get new service. I wish they could have just unlocked it, but I guess that is just policy.

I won’t visit the store any more. After a year of being a client I encounter a problem with 2 of my 3 lines. One was resolved but cost me to loose the phone number and spend hours updating everyone and everything making calls. My other line I was in a call, I lost the call in the middle of an important conversation and my screen shows “NO SIM - NO SERVICE”. My bill is paid in full and on time because is an automatic payment. Visit the store and the guy without checking the system/my account reset the phone and give it to me and told me it’s fixed. Get in the car and drove 10 minutes and get home and my phone again “NO SIM -NO SERVICE”. Get in the car because I was just 3:30pm and the guy closed the store when it supposed to be open until 5:00pm. Have to drive 40 minutes away to go to another location on route 301 and on that location the guy treat my problem with such a patient and care that I will not longer visit the location on 5715 SE Abshier Blvd. I prefer to drive 40 minutes away and be treated with care, respect and diligence.

A neighbor had told me this was not the best place, that they had inconsiderate staff, I took a chance reguardless and went there to update two phones, the two staff persons, a young lady and man, were quite helpful, did not try to up-sell us on phones and equipment, had our phones programed and and ready very efficiently, both were very pleasant and helped us with all our questions, so far "other than my screen protector already has bubbles under it" lol, we were very happy with our experience coming here.

They are super unhelpful and will rob you of money. No one knows what they are doing in this store and with the whole boost mobile company. Worst cell phone company ever.

Sales and service is great.a month ago when I bought my new phone.tiday when I went in there because phone crashed and wouldn't turn on.Richard the sales guy was rude unprofessional,and even threatened me.i won't ever go back to that store until something is done about him.he needs to find another job.its my new mission to make sure he has to

Haven't been in for a while,, but they had good plans with good prices. Previously they had staff problems, they liked to close early and we're to busy with their own personal business to help.About a year ago they revamped the store, possibly new management and since then I have heard good stuff.On a personal note, I have had terrible encounters with Verizon,here and in Ocala; so I would go anywhere other than there.!!I was misrepresented to buy the employees and esp .management of Verizon they seem to have a totally different definition of the Truth and Customer Service!I want to be careful with my wording so I'll say ,They Riped Me Off. Then They start yelling and berating you in an attempt to embarrass you into leaving the store without getting the PROBLEM FIXED! !SORRY I DIDNT MEAN TO GET SIDE TRACKED!, IF YOU DIS AGREE AND THEY TREAT YOU WITH HONESTY AND RESPECT, I AM VERY HAPPY FOR YOU AND PLEASE TAKE TIME TO POST SOMETHING.HECK IF THEY DID YOU LIKE THEY DID ME , PLEASE COMMENT TOO.WELL THANKS HAVE A BLESSED DAY!. ??

Brian at boost mobile in belleview is awesome.. friendly, experienced, hard working just awesome he works on Saturday in belleview and that will be the only day I'd recommend going.. ivebeen many times and so far he's theonly one that made sure we were satisfied leaving... :)

Every time I go in there they always tell me they can't do anything with with my Galaxy note 8. When You call the customer service they tell you yes it can be done.. Who do you believe.?

The young lady that works there is very knowledgeable and helpful. We traded our 5 year old Samsungs for the Galaxy A13 5G. The phone was free. Would definitely recommend this location.
