“Where do I begin??I was beyond thrilled and relieved to see that this location had the soonest availability (next day) compared to others around town who had nothing for weeks!Although we arrived late for my scheduled appointment time we were extremely grateful to Kelly for being so willing to still assist us.She was extremely patient, professional and thorough each step of the way! She even went the extra mile by showing me how to use a few tools through the mobile banking app!I was also pleasantly surprised when approached by the manager on our way out who took the time to introduce himself, asked if we were all taken care of and thanked us for banking there !Absolutely amazing customer care!!
