Drove to the bellview location to try and take advantage of the labor Days sales posted, lo and behold the entire store is locked and closed. There is a large OPEN banner on the door but no such luck. I understand the store is closing but maybe a little more organization on the stores end is needed, update your hours, take the banner down.

The girls do the best they can with what they got, and they have a trash manager is what they have, Emily passed away several months ago and she was ten times the manager that brian is, since her passing the logistics of this store has went down tremendously. In response to a review I posted on the leather love seat I purchased at Badcock furniture store Belleview I was instructed today to contact the corporate office. I contacted corporate over a week ago but no one has responded. Also contacted customer serviceI don’t understand why this can’t be addressed and fixed. Mgr Bryan Macdonald along with sales lady stated this would be fixed and not to worry.All I’m getting is the run around I’ve had leather furniture in the past and no problem. Maybe what I paid for was actually not leather

I purchased a zero turn mower online and with a couple within a couple of hours I got the phone call that they actually have one in stock or I could wait to have one ship there I chose to get the one in stock I got there and everybody there was always extremely friendly and helpful they had all the paperwork already and all I do is sign and load it up and drive away

I purchased a beautiful kitchen table set the top had a slight mark could of been glue not sure I couldn’t get it off. I called the store I think it was Ellen but I apologize it could of been Emily, or Ele sorry I forgot ( I know she has red hair as I had been in the store ) but she was super nice I sent a picture and the following week it was replaced. The gentleman men who delivered were very kind and polite. Thank you Badcock furniture going above and beyond I LOVE the table and I’d highly recommend you .
