“Great Experience! I hadn't thought about dropping my vehicle off because I thought my repair wouldn't take very long, which you should never assume, one bolt can be the difference between a 30 minute job or a 3 day one. When I arrived they said 2-3 hours, but were able to get me out of there in just under an hour, now that's under promising and overdelivering! They have a good selection of tires and services.Most of the time, the job is done right the first time.But on the rare occasion it is not, they put it right, a hassle-free honouring of their warranty. Back in my youth in New Zealand, there was a well regarded appliance retailer named Alan Martin (d. 2007) of L.V. Martin & Son Ltd (now Smith City). His slogan was, “If it’s not right we will put it right, and it’s the putting right that counts”. I'm happy that this attitude is alive and well in Florida as well.They did a great job with my wife's Landrover and it's running very well. They even said we could return after a few hundred miles to check that it is still working.”

“I have been using Pedro and P.R. Auto for the past 2yrs. I just broke down the other day across the street from my daughters school and called him at 7am, and he was there to tow my car to his shop within 30mins. He’s always treated me like a V.I.P. and I’m just a normal schmo. He’s reasonably priced and absolutely knows what he’s doing. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. These people that have put up bad reviews are the ones that expect a busy shop to drop everything they’re doing and fix their vehicle in 10mins. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used this company. Wilkes the previous owner retired and he really knew how to pass on the business to qualified personal.Years ago I went to Honda and received a 2000.00 quote for things that weren't broken. “Have had good experiences there & decent pricing. I'd give it 5 stars except there are no pics of the vehicles online which could sometimes save you a trip. Also, be aware that anything listed on "Row 200" is not in the general yard and you'll need to ask them to look at those vehicles in a separate area and they are not self-pull, you have to pay a fee for them to remove parts.”
