Hi had a great experience with Hoss and Kenny when I purchased my first coach a 2005 Newmar Dutchstar Diesel pusher they were very helpful at explaining everything in the coach how everything works with everything getting registered and insured they were great they even helped me with getting set up in a RV park for a week I’m so glad I went with them. I have rented RVs from many different dealerships basically to attend motor races with. My rental from A to Z was by far the best rental I have ever done. The price was fantastic compared to other places. The unit was in great shape, worked like a charm (something you don’t always get with a rental) was well stocked with amenities and basically made my trip to Sebring easy and a joy.Abby was great to deal with. Reassured me that I was getting a great rental and she was right.If the owner Hoss conducts the rest of his business like his rental department A to Z is most definitely a 5 Star dealership who I wholeheartedly recommend.

Put our Class A on Consignment. When we drove it there to sign the consignment papers they didn't tell us it would sit for 3 months while they moved. Nor did we hear from them at all. I emailed them in October 2023 asking if they had any bites. No response. They never put it on their website and only advertised in RV Trader. (Please do not insult my intelligence and say you did I have screen shots with dates that the coach was never on your website.) They called us around Christmas and said the engine light was on. We drove up there already knowing why the engine light was on and our coach was in the corner of the lot like the "red headed step child" slanted to one side due to uneven ground and the door hinge broken! We started the coach and after a few minutes all the lights went off because like we said we already knew that this coach was not started regularly. DONT SAY YOU STARTED IT EVERY WEEK. YOU DIDNT. The dash lights come on when the batteries are weak from NOT STARTING IT. Being the good mechanic my husband is he brought his battery tester and code reader and even took the battery to the local parts store for testing. NO CODES AND BATTERY FINE!!! Last week 2/14 they called again like they didn't just call a month and a half ago with the same EXACT story "the lights are on and we cant show it like this". We get there to get it 2/19/2024 and not a single light was on. WHAT A WASTE OF 500 DOLLARS UP FRONT FOR CONSIGNMENT FEE. Not to mention the monthly payments and insurance for it to sit on their lot.

From Lois and Don Marinkov, Hoss and Abby are the best. We bought our first camper a year ago, loved it traveled 8500 miles. We went back this year to update, a little more room and bigger bathroom. Hoss gave us a good return on our old camper so we bought another. Their staff is very knowledgeable and precise. Thoroughly go through the camper with you before leaving their lot. Prices are very good. We love you all at S to Z

Our new "go to" RV repair service!We cannot thank Hoss, Glenn and Jake enough for the great work they did to our 5th wheel! We discovered a severe water leak in the bedroom slide, and within 3 days of contacting A to Z the work was done! Great communication all around from the time we called them, to asking questions while the guys were here working! We definitely would recommend if you need work done to your RV, and if we need work done again we will certainly give them a call!

We purchased a new StarCraft fifth wheel 3 months ago. We lost our house to a fire and we were in need of something to live in for a few years. Purchase was easy, Hoss has answered every phone call, all our questions, and he gave us a deal we couldn’t say no to. So far the camper has held up well to full time living. We are happy with our purchase! Thank you Hoss!

Excellent experience buying our first RV from A to Z. The pre owned Navion was as described in near perfect condition and transaction was smooth. No surprises. Handled all negotiations over the phone and picked up with no hiccups. Highly recommend if looking for a new RV/motorhome.

I recently purchased a Holiday Rambler from A to Z RV. Had a great experience. Hoss kept me updated throughout the entire process and was very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right and working. He even delivered the motor home to me for a small fee. If your in the market for a motor home I would definitely suggest you take a look at what A to Z has to offer.

Purchased an Forest River Georgetown From Hoss at A to Z Supercenter. We drove the motorhome 6000 miles on our trip without issues. On the way back 50 miles from our home the Slide pump motor and Lines died to the tune of $6K Dollars. Hoss sold us an extended warranty, thank God we bought it. Hoss also went the extra mile to expedite the repair with the warranty company. I would suggest if you are looking a new pre-owned rv check out what A to Z has you will save money and make a friend. As for the Motorhome we purchased it is everything Hoss said it was. We would buy from them again.Thanks Hoss

STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYER AWARENESS. Severely disappointed in several aspects of our recent purchase, including but not limited to: a significant lack of communications and transparency, failure to uphold pre-purchase agreement to repair broken items, sloth-like slowness in processing payoff on trade in (took 30 days to make payoff on my trade even though they were paid by the financial institution within 72 hours of the purchase), and finally, what can only be described as incompetence since we are now 6+ weeks post purchase and still cannot have the vehicle registered because the title was sent to the financial institution--bypassing the Dept of Transportation completely. No response to phone calls, emails, or text messages inquiring on the status of title, transferred warranty, or reimbursement of repairs as promised. Sadly, what looked like a great deal has been a great deal of disappointment.UPDATE FOR TRANSPARENCY: approx. 1 hour after this post, both my husband and I had a phone call from Hoss. While my husband was unable to take the call, I answered. Hoss was disappointed in the 2-star review, and essentially was 1) blaming us for the poor experience because we "rushed" him to take delivery of the coach. Keep in mind, we put a deposit on the coach on 7/5/2023, were down on 7/8/2023 to see the unit--and provided a list of repairs needed, the coach was "in the garage" for at least a full week to have the compartment repaired & the engine heat shield replaced, and we were advised on 7/22/23 by David (salesman) that "we will be definitely ready by next week"--All before we even began the trip to Florida on 8/6/2023 to sign and take possession of the coach; 2) trying to shame us for repair to 6 of the 10 original 20+ year old air bags on the trade (our garage had replaced 1 or 2 bags/bladders, and "recommended due to age", that we go ahead and replace the others, but they were--and continued--working fine), 3) throwing the company he hired to do the title work under the bus. "They should have called you". As I explained, your business, your responsibility. You could have, should have, called before the review was written, and 4) wanted me to remove the review.While I understand how reviews can hurt or help a business, in truth, COMMUNICATIONS, not a review, is the most important aspect for any business.

They got me for 1300 dollars. They did sell it , So if your selling on consignment beware they will tell you what you need to hear. They called me with a buyer I did not accept the offer. Never heard any updates or photos for weeks. Then reached out to David H. Terrible for communicating with us to let us know where we are with the process. Some sales person name Haus called and advised us we sold the travel trailer two weeks ago. They waited for the buyers remorse time to run out. My point make sure you stay firm on your price when negotiations come to you over the phone call. It will be a word game they play

I have bought and owned many RVs in the last 30+ years and have never had a better experience quite like I had with Hoss Roberts at A to Z RV Supercenter. I purchased a 3 year old travel trailer he had in on consignment. First, the deal was extremely good (much lower than most other dealers who had the same model). Second, he promised to reseal the roof for me and third, arranged for home delivery.Upon receipt of the unit, I noticed the roof had not been resealed and the front glass was broken, which could have happened during the delivery process. Hoss could have simply told me that the unit was sold "as is", which it was, but he didn't. He, himself, came and picked up the unit (1-1/2 hours away from his business) and took it back to make these repairs. He was super apologetic, but was determined to keep me happy.The window was very expensive, but Hoss replaced it and made sure the roof was resealed. He would have delivered it back to me, but I decided to go get it.I have dealt with many other RV dealers and NONE were as great as Hoss has been.If you are looking for a good price and a dealer who will stand behind the deal and who really appreciates you, then go see Hoss at A to Z Supercenters. Give him a chance; You won't regret it!! He has my business for rest of my life!
