Corrine was an incredibly helpful and patient teller. I had some complicated issues to sort through and she remained kind and professional for our entire interaction. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. A quiet little branch but full of wonderful people. I greatly appreciate the understanding of all the ladies working on such a busy Friday!!

The drive though has been closed more than open. Do you need 3 people inside- why not have 2 and 1 on drive through instead?? And it's a holiday weekend no less.

If you have a heart and are compassionate towards people don't bank at this location. I publish local newspapers and I wrote a check to one our distributors from our business account that we have used to pay staff for years. The check was written to him and he had a florida driver's license ID. They interrogated him and belittled him and made him feel horrible. This is a beautiful man who has stage 3 cancer going through chemotherapy out delivering newspapers to make extra money and this is how he was treated by the Belleair Bluffs Wells Fargo. Show your support and pleaae bank elsewhere. Naturally I closed my account on the spot. They actually kept the check. Their excuse was the signature didn't match then why did they cash the hundreds of others for all these years. They are just miserable people who hate their jobs and take out their frustration on anyone they can.

First let's start out with Corinne this not to cute I'm mean that sarcastically called the manager because I had a check for 8000$ and said they needed proof from the account holder I ask why they had no good reason person in line says because your black I knew didn't want to say it until it was noticed. The manager last name Schmidt needs social skills being that he is in this position. My Boss did not like the situation and I will follow up as far as I can.

The staff here are nice, polite, quick. The bank's policy of not handling cash is the reason for 3 stars. Their reasoning for not taking cash is "it prevents money laundering". Heh, yet they take cashier checks/money orders - which don't require ID at the local walmart. So I just bring my cash to the Walmart, get a cashier check, and then go to Wells Fargo to deposit it. Huge waste of time and an even better way to launder money. .

I have had bad experiences coming here due to only one person working, she’s a very young nice lady but I feel bad for her. Always a long line, always a long wait time, and always understaffed. I think I’ll be switching to Bank of America

Did a large wire transfer and was told that within the hour of the transaction, the money would be received. Three and a half hours later I called the bank to inquire about the DELAY, and I was shocked to hear that the bank had FORGOTTEN to get the second approval. Hours of waiting to close on the deal lead to NO CLOSING. I am angry and sad and it's a reflection of the current inept service we all have to tolerate.. Banking elsewhere really seems attractive right now.This is not a reflection on the service Elena provided. She was very nice and professional.

I am leaving Wells Fargo for good. But, I want to warn you against the new staff at this location. The staff at this little branch used to be very nice. That is why I stayed for so many years. I knew that Wells Fargo is not honest and that the bank is reputated as being the worst as far as how they steal from us. Anyway, The staff at this location used to be young, open-minded, I knew them all. I knew I could trust them. Since the pandemic, everyone was replaced by this group of obnoxious older, close-minded individuals. I got to meet one yesterday. I left. When he started to take his arrogant tone "Let me explain to you..." OMG I knew what I was dealing with immediately: A crook!!!! Wells Fargo has no shame and this bank is surviving because it finds staff that are just crooks. I am starting a new petition to boycott this bank. Please, sign. Enough is enough.

I cash my check the same way with wells Fargo every week at locations all over Pinellas and Hillsborough county... never have I had any issue till today at this location on west bay... We will never be back. I will drive out of my way to any other location Still love wells Fargo. Just not this one
