I have been coming to this UPS location as long as it's been open and experienced excellent customer service, staff is friendly, accommodating and I am in and out quickly. Having been a resident of Belleair Bluffs for decades, I have always had great service from this store..notary, shipping boxes, Amazon returns, buying boxes, etc.

Amazing printing quality and shipping. The employee Summer from this location is amazing! We had an emergency and she came through with printing service. Give that girl a raise!

I encountered a rude, disrespectful, and immature employee at this store. I arrived 5 minutes before they closed to drop off an Amazon package. I walked past the door with package in hand and they came out and locked it as I turned to walk back. I tried to open the door and was ignored. I went to my car assuming I hadn’t made it before closing and saw the time was was still not closing time so I went back and they let me in. I said “I’m sorry, I thought I hadn’t made it in time” and the girl said “yeah, 2 minutes before 6 we close” and I said I was here but you locked the door, I assume if you are open until 6 then you can accept my package until then and I’m sure you are getting paid. I assumed this girl was probably not representing this company well and thought reminding her that she was doing her job would diffuse her attitude but she then bragged that her mommy and daddy owned the store and they tell her to lock customers out before 6:00, then her co worker laughed. It was honestly like dealing with children. Dropping my package took about 1 minute and after you add to that all the attitude and rude interaction, I was still out of the store at closing, my receipt says 6:00. If they don’t want to do business until 6:00 then change the business hours to reflect that or add a disclaimer that they will close early at their discretion. I do business at this store whenever I need a UPS store and have always been treated well by other employees. This child did not represent this business or her family well. I’m not surprised this girl works for her parents because I don’t know who else would hire someone so rude.

The staff and owner here are WONDERFUL, HARD-WORKING, HONEST people. But Jeff Bezos and Amazon created a costly nightmare for them by forcing people to bring returned Amazon packages to UPS stores. Now people whine that the store charges them for costs Amazon created. I was pushed by a customer who was in a big hurry who argued with an employee about $2, then drove away in his Maserati. I feel sorry for the good people working here having to deal with so many arrogant jerks!!!

Like everyone else is saying, they want $3 dollars for "computer use" just for printing a copy for you. Ridiculous, other UPS stores don't do that. Jerks taking advantage of the elderly in this area.

Very impressed with young lady running the front desk. I had multiple items which took time to complete and she was very accommodating while working back and forth between customers. She provided the best customer service that I have seen anywhere in a long time. Wished I had her name, but what great service!!!

Google Maps says they are open it is 8:52 in the morning on Saturday they do not open until 9:00 a.m.For the other reviews regarding being charged for a piece of tape. This is a very busy facility and let me tell you every piece of tape adds up. You can thank you know who for having to charge for tape..Like Joe Dirt says this isn't UNICEF

Reading the reviews for this very professional UPS store is to witness the high level of narcissism, entitlement, selfishness, impatience, and dishonesty of some reviewers. This store we use all the time...and they're fantastic. The negative reviewers suck.

A girl named Summer could not have been more helpful. Had returns from Amazon. She walked me through it and explained everything. And so sweet!! Great employer❤️

Great UPS store. Best staff around. To the people complaining about being charged $3 for computer time, do you think there is free lunch in this world? Why would a super busy store want to stop everything they’re doing and delay $20-30+ shipments to print a .10 page and do YOUR computer work for you? If you just use the self serve printer you don’t get charged. Office Depot has a $5 minimum for print projects they do, or it’s .25 to print on your own. There’s seriously grown adults on here crying about being charged for someone’s time to print for them? Grow up. Go cry somewhere else
