Hands down the worst Management team to exists they do not take care of customer concerns, I'm not a snowbird I spend a lot of money shopping at Publix I shop all year round. They make you feel pretty much non existent, this is a high volume store with a lot of vacationers, however you fail to take care of your regulars. While I waited 20 minutes of my lunch hour for a Manager I was then informed that Jason the acting Manager was running a register and that the store Manager was out to lunch, when I approached Jason at the register he informed me he was taking care of customers and didn't have time, understood but I'm I not a customer, I guess ringing up sales is more important. I was only asking him if I should call in about the situation that incurred. He was rude, insensitive to my concern, and basically gave me the cold shoulder. I have been shopping at this location since it opened and sadly I know the employees names but they do not know mine. "Where customers matter is there motto, I think not.

This is where all the rich people that live in Clearwater Beach go. There's very rarely any parking and almost every single person that goes there has no clue how to follow parking lot signs. The staff are pretty good though.

Pharmacy is great. The store, like most Publix is very nice, most often sale items are in stock, staff is most often friendly and helpful.

I've been shopping at this location for quite sometime, about 5 years. I've been a loyal customer and kind. I caught wind of the large trans man in the Deli department named Dani who is apparently making fun of customers including me behind our backs, calling me "a bum" and making sexual jokes for whatever reason. I've heard this from an employee that is getting bullied there. Mind you, now that this has been brought to my attention, I would like to mention the less than friendly attitude of a good handful of the employees especially up front. Perhaps being woke isn't making them happy. I used to work at Publix in 2008, Our behavior had to be good as gold, but this comparatively is absolutely disgusting. Not the Publix I respected back in the day.

Brittany has outstanding customer service skills, quick problem solving skills, but every single time I've walked in there she's getting gossipped about, laughed at and even THREATENED. Seems as though she's half deaf or MAYBE ignoring it. Management needs to do better.

I'd like to get in touch with whoever is in charge of the store. I do not mean the store manager as she has proven to be untrustworthy and very unprofessional.
The majority of the employees are no better. As they are all best friends..
I have watched as employees have humiliated a disabled woman which also was an employee for no reason at all.
I advised the employee to file a complaint.
And she was refused the right to file a complaint.
I would love to speak to somebody in the upper management about the way that the store is being run.
The store manager is fighting cases of wrongful termination and defamation, and she is in charge of an entire store of employees????
This is sad. I feel so bad for the ones who aren't their best friends to milk the clock and treat customers and other employees like trash.
I would like to speak to someone in charge of these so called "managers"

I love coming to this Publix. It is an ideal stop on the way over Bellaire Bridge to the beach. It has a different layout than most stores. It seems the inside is all spaced out and the aisles are huge. Out of the 3 publixes I normally frequent this one definitely has a larger wine selection including a huge variety of higher end cabs, zins and red blends. Price wise they are comparable to other publixes in the area. Overall an excellent, clean place to shop with lots of variety of products. Also a great place to hit up on the way to the beach. Still my favorite publixes for wine.

I ordered a cookie cake on Thursday for pick up Friday late afternoon. I request a surfer theme for the decoration. The lady in the phone did have difficulty understanding me, but I'm no way did she indicate that the survey theme couldn't be done. She took my phone number and the pick up name. When my daughter picked up the cake on Friday it was a 16 inch cookie cake with a border and Happy Birthday Kale on it and nothing else. My grandson was so disappointed. I did call today and special to the bakery manager. She was apologetic and said she would speak to the lady and give us a refund. She offered to do another or cupcakes for today, but the party was last night. We wanted a fresh cookie for the party. I declined that offer but will accept the refund for my daughter. There was no one in the bakery but a guy cleaning when she picked it up so no way to get anything done before the party. And, again, no one said it couldn't be done and no one called to say they could do the order as requested. Sad customer service and said way to do business. Next time I will call another bakery or do it myself.
