Been shopping here for 7 years for multiple pets. Most times the experience is pretty good and some of the girls that work there are nice and helpful. Went there this evening a arrived 5 minutes before closing which obviously isn’t ideal but our 15 year old cat was out of wet food was gong to make a two minute transaction and get out of there prior to 8pm but some lame kid (male) was posted up on the carts and had locked the door and ignored us until we were back in the car and then gave a little smirk. Awful that we couldn’t transact before closing because some lazy lame kid locked the door and then ignored us until we were leaving. Yeah no thanks. Awful

Good place prices are reasonable I was able to get everything I needed and wasn't held up in line at all matter of fact that helped me a lot they have good customer service and I'll be shopping there again

Very nice, upscale pet store. Lots of pet food and supplies. Nice assortment of animals and convenient bath stations for washing your fur babies.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Perfect for all us animal lovers ... and they have so much fun stuff for your pets too, on top of all those excellent food choices. The staff is knowledgable and very helpfulI. It's quite a drive for me but I wouldn't trade it for anything. TRUTH!!!

Came in to return something,and while there needed some advice about changing my pets dog food ; Rachel was very helpful and took the time to help us with choosing a new food and answering our questions. We didn't feel rushed or pressureed into buying anything. Thanks Rachel for your help.

This place is great, however they close the pet wash station 30 minutes before close, just a heads up for other customers who plan to come and wash their pup after work

Bought a parakeet female. Price was good. Staff was very helpful. My male was lonely cause he lost his friend of 6yrs.

The dog grooming area is excellent! I will drive 20+ minutes and past several other stores to use their self serve doggy bathing equipment. I bring my own shampoo, and they have towels, blow driers, and doggy liver snacks to help get them into the bath! The staff is always very friendly and they keep the grooming area extremely clean.
There’s also small animals in the store, all well cared for with clean enclosures. Overall this is one of the best pet stores in Pinellas!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our Australian Shepherd loves it there! Even though he knows he's getting a bath!!!
