“I needed a place, and this was what I chose. It was easy to get to, the directions to get in were easy to follow. And today I checked out. Made sure I swept out my storage (brought a broom just for that and a bag for the trash) and went in to let the manager know I was leaving. He said he would send out an email confirmation that I checked out. And he was as good as his word. Got the email shortly after I got home. Great experience, no issues, and it was safe, glad I chose this place close to my home to store my goods. All in all great experience. Thanks!”

I've ship item.... returned the item to the vendor as well as had the document scanned and notarized. The customer service is outstanding 365, no matter what kind of day you may be having they will always greet you with a smile. The three shipping companies last pick up for my business is 330pm. “Excellent, fast service with Amazon returns. I read the other review about someone who had a bad experience with an Amazon return and apparently just that one UPS employee really needed retraining. I have only had good experiences here. Everyone has been very helpful in my experience. But I’ll be cautious about Amazon returns after reading that one review about that employee who clearly didn’t know how to handle the situation. If you read the Amazon instructions, you’re not supposed to repackage the item. You’re supposed to let the UPS employee handle that. If it came in a bag, you can use the same bag, but you repackage it. But a little bit of customer service skill would have gone a long way with that situation, and telling them it would be $10 for tape is ridiculous. I have only had excellent experiences at this location. But honestly, now I’m a little concerned. Good customer service is extremely hard to find these days.”
