“Initially spoke with Daniel over the phone. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed. He also offered additional information so I would have options. Later I went into the store and purchased a vehicle battery. Daniel carried the battery to my vehicle (without asking him) as I am a disabled Veteran. The core (old battery) was taken back in several hours later for a credit back onto my card. This time Emilio helped me out. Emilio saw that I was trying to get the battery out of my hatchback and he graciously grabbed the battery and took it inside. He tested the old battery and gave me the core credit with no problems.
I've purchased small batteries, mid-sized batteries and now a large battery (along with bulbs) and have never had any issues whatsoever. I also had a newer Samsung Galaxy phone glass replaced at this location. No issues at all !!! Awesome service, knowledgeable staff and professional treatment. ?? YOU GUYS ROCK!
Also, they gave me a Veteran's discount!
I will continue to use THIS Batteries ? Plus location because of these employees.

I came into the store because my window wouldn't roll up and she went out of her way to help me by going outside to take a look herself! She found the part I needed, gave me recommendations of where to buy it, and sent me to a mechanic that could help me close the window until I could get it definitively fixed.”
“About a year ago I came here had a battery issue and had to purchase a new battery also turned out when I pulled into the parking lot I had a flat tire.The manager showed his true hospitality and really cared for my issue at hand.A year later I did return back here and thought I had a battery issue but my battery was perfectly fine. His hospitality has not changed. I would not go anywhere else in Orlando for a battery.”

“While on vacation my vehicle died right at a major offramp. After getting helped by the Rangers and a Trooper, doing a bit of research and making a call to the nearest toyota dealership to confirm, it turns out the "RSS" in my hometown in Alabama sold me the wrong battery and my car sucked that battery dry faster. The guys understood my problem and got me a warranty exchange fast(to not upset my lyft driver) to get me home...and have a proper argument with that store manager about his Commercial Manager knowledge...I was more than happy to spend my money at that store, because of the staff, for a yellow top optima, if they had that specific group in stock.”
