I stop by to pay my bill because I was waiting on bank card which I pay through my bank account and I didn't know that they had jumped from $3 to $5 with payment I could've stayed $5

A friend referred me to this store. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Lourdedianie. She helped me with everything I needed. It Is the Best experience I have had in a long time. Thank you for have a person like her she's amazing. She made my day better. The staff was very considerate and helpful. Really made me feel comfortable in the store. Honestly I've been to various other locations but this is my favorite location by far. I will drive any distance I have to just to go there.

I went in and had a very great experience my sales associates name was Manuelita in Belle Glade, Florida. She was kind, welcoming, and attentive to my needs in a cellular device. I have never received such caring and great service at a cellular store before .. instead of telling what I needed to buy, what plan I needed etc... She listened to me and what I wanted... I came in not knowing about this service but left a very happy customer! Thank you to your very awesome employee! I love my new device!

Manuelita and Josh could not have been any more helpful. I walked in having no idea what I wanted except it's not an Android. After she explain the difference between the iPhone I had and the Android I'm taking the time to really explain it of course I went with one. I am older and not a truly computerized person and she did not speak down to me she's switch everything from my old phone which was my concern to my new one. While I was there she got busy I never neglected me or the other customers that came in. I wasn't sure about going to Metro but we do it again in a heartbeat and I know I've got a few problems with the phone just think I don't understand yet and I'm sure I can go back she will be just as helpful! In fact I called her today to see where the survey was so I can let you know what a gem you have. Thank you so so much!

Bad business I've been with att for 5 months I was informed about the switcher promotion so I wanted to get 4 for my kids and the man that was there told me that the port in program is not working which is a lie I called customer service they said everything is functional the person Refused my sale I went to another metro and got the devices without a problem Next time before you decide to refuse the Sale check my ID and my att account information and usage don't be judgmental I had my att account on my name it's sad because this is a case of refusing a sale due to poor judgment
