This place doesn't deserve any Stars. I've been to the leasing office on more than one occasion, and the lady wearing the hijab has told me each time that I've been there that they do not accept section 8 vouchers, which is strange, because the website specifically states that Lakeview villas is an equal opportunity community, meaning, if she refuses to rent to people, when there is availability, based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familiar status, or national origin she could be fired, come to think of it, my first time meeting her I was with my mother who is a current resident of the Lakeview villas community. I have in writing her telling me that there are plenty of 2 bedroom availability, which I implied to her I wanted. This is discrimination, and I will be taking action, and filing a complaint with my lawyer against Lakeview villas community staff.Thank you,Have a pleasant night.

I have been a resident for 6 months now and from my observation they are doing a great job! Keep up the good business. They seem to always work on their buildings and keep up with repairs. The majority of the time it’s pretty quiet. The insides of the apartments have recently been remodeled with a wooden floor finish giving the apartments a clean modern look. My a/c recently stop working. I put in a work order and my work order was responded to within 10 mins. Again, good business and good service. They always do what they can for the community such as active interactions with events and weekly communications via email and text!

Lake View Villas is one of the best place in town to live! The staff is great and available when needed. The apartments are updated, modern and roomy.Our management staff are always very friendly and concerned about the tenants safety. We have a fabulous laundry room, gym, pool, and a brand new playground for the kids.At Lake View Villas we have activities, such as ? fun day with outside vendors, movie nights, etc., so that we feel like family.Come and join us at Lake View Villas!

The management is amazing you can really tell that our landlord genuinely cares for her tenants.The maintenance crew is outstanding as well they make you feel very safe.I must say its been a cozy & comfortable experience living here.The rooms are spacious,clean and affordable.I would definitely recommend to others.
