Buy a perm from this store after perming my hair, all of my hair fall off, I am so upset and hurt and confused. I decided to check the expiration date on the box. The product expires from 2019. It’s now October 5, 2022. When we go back to the store to inform them of what happened the manager replied “we can make your hair grow back”….. I replied duh “we know that. But you can compensate me for my hair lost that’s going to take years to grow back.” he said no and that we can sue him….DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
