“I have been a resident for 6 months now and from my observation they are doing a great job! Keep up the good business. They seem to always work on their buildings and keep up with repairs. The majority of the time it’s pretty quiet. The insides of the apartments have recently been remodeled with a wooden floor finish giving the apartments a clean modern look. My a/c recently stop working. I put in a work order and my work order was responded to within 10 mins. Again, good business and good service. They always do what they can for the community such as active interactions with events and weekly communications via email and text!”
